Kid Rock in concert

Just got back from seeing Kid Rock in concert, wow what a great show, Jamey Johnson was his opening act and damn near tore the place down, if you haven't heard his song "You Should Have Seen It in Color" check out the link:

He also did a great cover of "Turn the Page"

I think he is a kind of modern Waylen Jennings.

Kid Rock has a really high energy show we were ten rows off the stage so we got the full effect, he had two special guests Trace Atkins and Sheryl Crow. He performed both his old and new hits with a lot of video, dancers, and pyro to really spice things up, well worth the $200 per seat we paid.

The only down side was the amount of drunks and people pushing to catch a picture or a video, the arena continued to sell beer and liquor until late in the show I really do not know how some of these people got home if they did:mad:.

All in all this show is in my mind a must see and well worth the money.

I definitely think a Kid Rock show would be a rowdy show. I had a friend years ago that smoked pot with Kid Rock and his midget friend (RIP, I forget his name) in Detroit. I would imagine that a Kid Rock show would be about as crazy as a big show would get.

Glad you had fun. It was probably a blast.

I think Jamey Johnson sang the national anthem at the Redskins-Titans game in Nashville this year.

I had a friend that went to the Kid Rock concert last night and he got in a fight. He is a big guy, but normally pretty low key. But as pointed out earlier, I bet that is a pretty rowdy atmosphere.

Really I was at that game and must have missed that fact he sang it, I saw him first at the Gran Ole Opry and was very impressed I guess you could call me a fan. It was a pretty wild crowd, I saw one person get escorted out and the security personnel were pretty busy trying to keep the aisles clear.
