Touchdown Redskins
TR,Where did you get these info? I would like to read the whole article if possible. Thanks No problem. Some links I found: http://dcprosportsreport.com/2010/06/11/redskins-ink-7th-round-pick-ot-capers/ http://www.fftoolbox.com/nfl_draft/profile_display.cfm?prospect_id=2170 http://draftace.com/profiles/2010/selvish_capers.htm Unfortunately some of my more trusted sources (nfldraftdog.com and walterfootball.com) don't have reports on him. HRNY4ZRNY
My sources tell me Shanny is actually planning on having Capers play DT if Haynesworth is traded. But my sources are all Idiots. So take it for what its worth.
the krabber
But my sources are all Idiots. So take it for what its worth. You should probably stop hanging out with JLC, then But this is great news. I know that late round picks always sign and you dont really have to worry about it, but its always nice to make it official. And I'm not worried about Trent. Snyder has the money to sign him and Williams already promised Allen that he would sign before camp.

bushwack
You all probably already know this, but I found some interesting tidbits on the guy. Obviously his measurables are very good for a 7th round pick, but a lot of draft analysts labeled him the steal of the draft. Apparently he fell because of his strength, but that is something that can be fixed. One scouting report had him slotted as a starting right tackle by 2011 or 2012. If Capers pans out and Williams works hard and lives up to his #4 overall billing, then the Skins will hopefully have their bookend tackles for the next decade. One can only hope. c4man5282
I already got a man crush on Morris. I ain't ashamed to admit it! I do too and I'm not either. Nice highlight video for Morris. And this is why. If he can play at this level in the NFL bye bye Sellers.
Conn
Yeah, I'll do that. I did the FA one too, but I took a month off from that to focus on finals... I'll update that after this. Sweet! Good work man. I'll look forward to the update of the FA thread as well!
MGutta
The Redskins have signed Terrence Austin, leaving only Perry Riley and Trent Williams unsigned.
tml6157
Riley should come in the near future, Trent will probably take a little longer.

pjfootballer
Thanks for this thread. Much appreciated. Williams has to wait a few days to sign with a new agent, then he will get signed when the dominos at the top start falling- Bradford.
Always A Commander Never A Captain
Is it just me, or did it take a lot longer to sign our draft picks last season? It feels like we're a month ahead of where we were last year.

Dude, if he can play at that level in the NFL, he's the next Lorenzo Neal, a perennial pro-bowler.
