NFL Network's Jason La Canfora's sources is convinced Haynesworth's trade will happen today. And despite Titans coach Jeff Fisher's protestations, he says the most likely destination is Tennessee for a second round pick. 2. The Saints aren't interested. Both the New Orleans Times-Picayune's Jeff Duncan and Jay Glazer of FOX say they Saints don't want him. He even used capital letters to say so: "They have ZERO interest in Albert. ZERO!!!" 3. Both Haynesworth and the Redskins want a divorce. That doesn't help leverage, so it behooves both sides to float rumors of interest, even if the interest is mild. When both sides want a divorce, the trade usually happens.
Coral
Like most people (I think), I just want this to all be over with. I just hope it's not for a third round pick, as I've I heard. I'll be sick.

SkinsTerps26
I don't care one way if he stays or goes, but I do want him to stay just so that JLC can look like a complete fool. What a completely unlikeable guy.
hieverybody
RT @JasonLaCanfora Plenty of sources still convinced Albert Haynesworth is dealt today, most likely to Titans for a 3rd rd pick. More on NFL Network/NFL.com

Rypien1191
Would not be worth it for just a 3rd round pick. Would much rather have had Jammal Brown and #64.
PortlandSkins
A third would be ok with me. It really says something about what the league thinks of haynesworth. no one thinks he has any desire to play anymore, now he's been paid. if the titans weren't around, i doubt we'd get anything at all for him. Destino
2. The Saints aren't interested. Both the New Orleans Times-Picayune's Jeff Duncan and Jay Glazer of FOX say they Saints don't want him. He even used capital letters to say so: "They have ZERO interest in Albert. ZERO!!!" A simple no would have sufficed lol

Missin Meast
a 3rd for Haynesworth? I really hope we get someone who is worth serious value here.... This is just a reminder to the NFL what a joke our organization has been for the past 10 years... This is just as bad as giving Miami two picks , just to get him back the next year... unbelievable. dieselfan44
If he's gotta go then there will still be players in the third that I'd be satisfied with. We have to have what fits the system and a player that is happy to be a skin. If we can get younger and more talented at a position then I'm all for it. santana_4_prez
Bottom line, if we trade him for a 3rd, look at the bright side. We picked him up as a free agent, and got a trade pick out of him. True, Dan spent a lot of money on him, but why do we care? Not our money. LOL, it will be like basically spending $40 million for a 3rd rounder. boomlop30
I would not trade him for a 3rd. At this point, might as well keep him here this year and see how it pans out and then trade him for a 3rd next year if we feel he isn't the right fit. Old Dominion Monarch 06
That's my feeling...only a 3rd? That is just  I just honestly can't see him going for one pick in the third freaking round. There's just no way. But it seems like this relationship has gone too far sour, we should probably throw it out anyways. But really, not just a third. please. I really wanted to enjoy my Friday.
