Again I just don't see this team playing to strengths and hiding weaknesses even 10% as well as Gibbs was doing. I don't think Gibbs is great at choosing players, but working with them, leading them? He really understands his players well. I see Zorn as being pretty decent with drawing up the plays, but choosing when to call them and putting the right players in places to make those plays (personnel selection)?
