No question about Singletary's demeanor and leadership. After a while, I think players would tune him out, but for a few years at least, as long as the team's successful, I think he's the sort of coach who would get maximum effort out of his team. He really shook things up there and look at what he is getting out of that team! Clearly the guy understand what it takes to motivate a professional team. During the 6-2 run, we (players and us fans in response) were out there at practice having fun, goofing off a little and enjoying it. After the steelers game, it seemed everything got serious, and everything went downhill. And hell, if we are going to lose and be horrible, might as well have a little fun and make it amusing.
