From what I understand, bananas are at their optimal nutrition level when they're a bit overripe. The sweeter the better. I like 'em mushy. I just heard yesterday that Banana skins were a great cure for warts. apparently you rub the skins on the warts for a couple days and your warts disappear. Anyone try this?
