Pete
I hear ya Phishhead. I've actually had it since around 77, but hadn't listened in about 15 years or so being it's an LP, and lack of a turntable. Got it on CD about eight months ago after catching the movie Greatful Dawg. Some killer stuff that's just as fresh as the day they laid it down. Been replacing all those LP's a little at a time. I will look into Old and in the Gray soon as I get a chance. I don't even have a reel to reel at this point, which is the pitts. I have a bunch of tapes from a weeked radio show in the mid 70's on WFDU (Fairly Dickinson U) in NJ called "On The Sunny Side". Lots of Grass, Gospel, Delta Blues and "Old time music". BG
I must admit, though not being a fan of pop music, COLDPLAY has it down to a science. Every song I have heard from them is great. Trying to get some Fifty sent right now..... Any jazzers into Solive? Metalheads into SuperJoint Ritual?
phishhead
IAMBG: Yeah Soulive(I think that is how its spelled?) it great. I haven't heard any cd's, but I have the live set from Bonnarroo, which is groovin'.
BG
I forgot to put Glassjaw, they've been in heavy rotation at home and at work for so long now. Almost 6 mos. Might be the best band out there right now in my op..........
skinsfan44
Romo sits to pee, I am into the "Hip", but I have not liked what they have put out lately(past few years). I have not heard there newest one, and I don't have a MP3 player or know how to download music, so I can't hear what you said to download. I do like the earlyer stuff, though. In my CD player right now is........... 1) Stevie Ray Vaughan.......Live at Montreux(Disc 2). 2) AC/DC.........Stiff upper lip. 3) Kenny Wayne Shepherd...........Trouble is. 4) Slayer............Seasons in the Abyss. 5) Type O Negative..........October Rust.
