MEANDWARF Posted October 7, 2007 Share Posted October 7, 2007 Offense- A, would have been an A+ but with the fumbles and they should have gone for it on 4th and 2 on Detriot 30yd line. With the way our short passing was going, we would have made it. JC was great. Dang, El got hurt and he was on his way to a 200 yd game. Doubt he'll be back in time for the Packers. Defense- A+, they held the most potent passing attack to little over 100 yds. Turnovers and sacks were a plenty. Good job guys!!!!!! Special Teams- A, miss FG kept it from being an A+. Return team was great. Coaching- A, Gibbs unleashed JC. Dee play calling was great. Redskins Radio- F, kept lossing it when it was time to go back to Larry, Sonny, and Sammy. Commerical and the chessy guitar music came in good though. Fox Pregame- A+ for picking the 'skins. ESPN- F, all pick the Lions. terpfan Posted October 7, 2007 Share Posted October 7, 2007 Offense: A-. A valiant effort without Moss, and without ARE for the second half. The only reason its not an A+ is a couple miscues, namely that botched snap and the Portis fumble. The OL was awesome despite missing Jansen and Thomas, and Campbell played great. 23/29 with no INTs is GREAT to see. Oh, and Mike Sellers is a BEAST. Defense: A+. I dont think they could have played much better. Best pressure I've seen from the front four in a LONG time. We hardly ever blitzed, and we didnt need to. Secondary was great, Taylor and Rogers both had picks. Rogers took one to the house! That's when you know it's going good. It would have been nice to get a couple of those fumbles, but it was pretty good just to force them. Special Teams: A-. Kickoffs were great, as was the coverage. Thrash's PR was HUGE (and maybe even bigger was Rock's hustle play to recover Thrash's fumble). frost was solid again. Would be an A+ if Suisham had hit that FG.
