MikeB
I can't believe the lack of any kind of emotion in the playcallers voice. It's like he just watched a routine 3 yard run play or something. That's an awesome hit that you don't see every play and deserves a little extra emotion. Thanks for the post! The Full Monty
Nice. That was a great play and set the tone. Does anyone remember Taylor's hit on McNabb late in the 4th quarter in the red zone? That was sick too. ESPN didn't have many quality replays. I think their only replay function seems to be on touchdowns. Charles Barkley got more face-time than Redskins replays in that game. poop> espn
laxpck
Showing emotion for good football isnt NOW. So ESPN doesnt do it. So sick of it. ESPN is corrupting sports the way that MTV corrupted music.

UnKle RUku$
This hit reminds me of Vincey Glenn from the J-E-T-S jets when he would go out head-hunting for the BIG hit!!!

XxSpearheadxX
number 21 is a freakin' monster. I hope he blows up Shockey or Plex next week coming down the middle. Do you remember that hit he had on Plex his sophmore season, the one where he almost killed Sean Springs too? Damn... It is crazy that Sean Taylor is younger than Laron Landry, really crazy - he was like as young as you can be and get drafted, just like CP - ST21 is gonna be a Skin for a long long time. GMoney4763
WHOA!!! I thought I had seen all the hits for that game. I guessed I missed that one. Now if we can just get Coach Gibbs fired up, we'll be getting on track!!
Santana_Fan
It's crazy how Reggie Brown's body was going forward in the air, and when Taylor hit him, he quickly went backwards on impact.

frommd
That hit was nasty. Kept waiting for them to replay it and comment, but nothing. Had to go back on the TiVo and watch it myself.
greekredskin
Hey, does anybody recall the play where Sellers ran over Brian Dawkins as he ran for a first down? That was awesome. There's a new day dawning in the NFC East.
ALLWORLD
Do you remember that hit he had on Plex his sophmore season, the one where he almost killed Sean Springs too? Damn.... Are you talking about the one on Toomer? In the endzone, as the ball was flying overhead and Taylor unloaded on him anyway lol.

It was like that for the Cooley score too. It was such a big play but they acted like it was routine. Booth full of Philly fans. F that. ESPN is a terrible network to watch a game on. Hokieskins1
That was amazing. I could not believe that they didn't show a replay of that during the game.
Mackdaddydean
It's crazy how Reggie Brown's body was going forward in the air, and when Taylor hit him, he quickly went backwards on impact. Yeah Newtonian physics is pretty crazy like that.
[[ghost]]
Ed Reed had a good hit last week, and Mike Tirico nearly orgasmed. Sean Taylor's hit had so much power in it (just look at Taylor the whole way), and Tirico makes it seem as if McFlabb threw another poor pass. HBnotBlades
Yea I jumped up and down when I saw that on TV and called people over to look at the replay... only to have the booth completly ignore the play. It is crazy that Sean Taylor is younger than Laron Landry, really crazy Sean Taylor is 24 and LaRon Landry is 22. Sean Taylor just absolutely WRECKED (I don't even know if that is a dangerous enough word) Brown and the reaction was, "Uh... incomplete pass, hit by Taylor... and on to Reid." LOL, ridiculous, oh well, you could tell the fans in Philly knew what just happened... the entire stadium (including Philly fans), "ohhhhhhhhhh!" Thank you for posting the video, this video is beautiful.
