M&W
The HOF is a joke already. Monk should have been in the HoF years ago.I don't have a problem with Irvin making the HoF, but there's no way that Irvin should be there and Monk isn't. So the HOF and the idiot writers who've been put in charge to make it a joke can go **** themselves. How so? Irvin was a better, more talented football player than Monk Monk should be in the HOF, and should have been years ago, but that doesnt mean that there is some mad scheme against him because Irvin got in first. Peregrine
Actually the HOF makes a mockery of itself. Remember the HOF own rules state that voters cant consider the persons character or off-field problems. Thats not what they say the HOF is about. As such, they dug their own grave, and embarrased themselves. With rules like that they are guarunteed to vote in people who will get arrested. Califan007 The Constipated
How so? Irvin was a better, more talented football player than Monk Even Irvin himself wouldn't agree with this statement.
HeHateMe
Another frivolous claim against a famous rich athlete seeking a quick out of court settlement. If it was anything, the guy wouldve went to the police, not Irvin's pockets.

phatSkins27
How so? Irvin was a better, more talented football player than MonkMonk should be in the HOF, and should have been years ago, but that doesnt mean that there is some mad scheme against him because Irvin got in first. well for starters Art Monk for years and years and years had the most receptions of any reciever ( now 2nd to jerry rice) and most of all the oher records...(all better than Irvin) and he never had the league's all-time rusher in the backfield taking the heat off of the passing game. See art monk did things like block, be a good teammate, and not draw attention to himself. During his career he never had any run-ins with the law and after his career he has run a charitable foundation not give an interview on espn to "thank God for making him the best football player ever" and then a couple years later get caught with a crack pipe in his vehicle. Espn made a mockery of itsself for having such a biased commentator/analyst and the Hall of Fame made of mockery of itself for passing up so many worthy canadates ( including Art Monk, Paul Tagliabue, and many others) to induct such a clown. BTW if Micheal Irvin played today his number would be way way down because the league now inforces a thing called offensive pass interference and "pushing off" by the recievers is no longer allowed. would he be good if he played today? yea he would. would he put up the numbers he put up without pusing off? no he probably wouldnt make the pro-bowl :dallasuck :dallasuck :dallasuck :dallasuck :dallasuck :dallasuck
Shotgunner
The playmaker. I respected him as a player, strangely liked him as a analyst. Don't agree with his lifestyle choices and his hof nod.
