Brandon Lloyd Christmas
is he still unsigned? i havent heard anything about him being resigned by the eagles or another team picking him up. this guy is too good of a nickel/depth guy to go unsigned for this long. any news is appreciated. eeyeats
from espn insider: Roderick Hood, Eagles Hood's new home? The Saints continued their visit with Hood on Thursday, according to The Times-Picayune. The 25-year-old Hood, considered one of the elite nickel cornerbacks in the league, wants a chance to start. http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/features/rumors

Fred Jones
The market was not as good as I thought for Hood. He has lasted a week into FA without a big money deal.
drowland
Hood's visited the Browns, Cardinals and Saints so far. Sounds like maybe he's pricing himself too high. I thought he would of been signed by now.
ceviker
I would love to add Hood as depth, but he obviously wants a starting job, so that's out the window.
DCSaints_fan
He's not a proven #1 like Clements is, he isn't not going to get anywhere near that type of money. I would like the Saints to sign him but not if it means breaking the bank. Maybe they could structure the deal so that he has a one year audition similiar to the Brees deal, but with less guaranteed money kicking in until he shows he can handle top receivers.
