RVAbrendan Posted July 3, 2012 Share Posted July 3, 2012 I'm shocked that Weeds is still going on into it's 8th season. I loved the first 3 or 4 seasons and it got derailed for me. Is it worth getting back into? After seasons 3 & 4, I continued to watch, but the show wasn't really doing anything for me. Season 7, though, I enjoyed and hope this one turns around. At first I didn't like the whole "future" gimmick, but I adjusted to everything but the moronic presentation of Doug's path---major gaffe, along with the idea that Shane would be very likely to make such choices. But they handled development in everything else pretty well and cohesively with respect to the characters. The final moments make up for some of the discordant choices.
