StevieInferior
Who is Todd Wade? What position does he play? http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/187761 Not sure a Texan OL is what we need ;-)
NewAgeSkins
Doesn't matter, he was a starter in this league, and now he's our backup. Thats what I call depth.
waterwagen
I'm praying Wade is a punter. *Edit - Oops, nevermind.
Aghar
Doesn't matter, he was a starter in this league, and now he's our backup. Thats what I call depth. Depends on how you look at it. It's not the greatest pick-up if he was waived by a team and OL that gave up more sacks than any other in the league. Never know though, maybe he's better than I am hoping for. Grimm
He's pretty huge at 6-8, hopefully we don't need to see him as we are set with Jansen and Samuels
Coooleeey
Even if he was with the Texans Bugel should be able to turn him around and teach him how to be a real lineman.
BGFollower
why did houston cut him in july? seems rather early in preseason to get rid of someone...

authentic
Don't understand this move. hey its obvious that we are in desperate need for depth at tackle.
Donita35
he's an offensive tackle, played 4 years for miami, and the last 2 with houston. Wasn't David Carr sacked a record number of times the past two years.
galentjm
Love the pickup. This guy has extensive STARTING experience and will provide insurance should Jansen or Samuels go down. Molinaro and Ndukwe have ZERO starts combined and very little playing experience whatsoever. To me this was a glaring hole that needed to be addressed ASAP. chow184
todd wade was pretty good in miami, and signed a big deal with houston as a free agent. wade wasn't the reason the texans O-line was horrible last season.
Eparadox
Good move, dont' know why anyone is questioning this. Our OL depth is pathetic.
AKM311
This is a great move. He brings experience and all to a team that needs it. He was with Norv in Miami and was pretty successful there running the same offense we run here. I see this as a very smart move by the FO! We need expereince in our depth. TheREALJBird
 Wasn't David Carr sacked a record number of times the past two years. yea but you can't pin that on one guy. I've never seen him play so I don't know what he brings to the table but any depth at this point is a good thing, if Buges didn't like him they wouldn't have brought him in IMO
Scrimmage
Doesn't matter, he was a starter in this league, and now he's our backup. Thats what I call depth. That's what I used to call Spencer Folau.
Leonard Washington
not the most trust-worthy looking guy in the world.
Mr. S
The Folau release was surprising, but I like the Wade signing, if anything just cause I have heard his name mentioned more often. The Dolphins o-line with Ricky Williams was also really good, and he was a starter there. He will be a backup for us hopefully. It is strange though that none of our young prospects panned out. Tyson Walter and Mike Pucillo won out, along with Molinaro. I was pulling for Jasper Harvey and Ndukwe.
galentjm
That's what I used to call Spencer Folau. Spencer Folau Total Career Starts = 43 Todd Wade Total Career Starts = 85 Folau hasn't been a full time starter since 2002 and missed all of last season with a shoulder injury. Todd Wade > Spencer Folau
ntotoro
I was wondering how Ndukwe missed the axe to begin with.
