Jumbo
My best wishes and hopes H-O-G. Keep strong, brother. To all others, the three words I would endorse most strongly in that writing is seek the help of a professional for a serious problem. Especially if you have tried and exhausted all efforts trying with friends, family, free community services, and faith, and have not found relief. Not all member of any profession are "ideal" of course, but notwithstanding even the most heartfelt or well-constructed personal, individual, experiences (even when shared), the two professional categories who receive the most training and will do far and away the most field work, treatment, and research in these areas are state-credentialed clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. My best to all so troubled.

cjcdaman
It's hard to be depressed when the outlook on the Skins is good. My wife is a psychiatric nurse and spends a lot of time with people that have depression. It is very serious. Good article, webnarc.
