Look at these stats on the Seahawks and the Buccs

This hits the nail right on the head.

The Seahawks

- The NFC West is literally the worst division in the league, according to the win loss records.

- Even thou the Seahawks won all 6 of their division games, 3 of them the Seahawks barely won. And none of those teams have a winning record.

- The last real game the Seahawks won, was agianst the Titans. They barely won.

- Out of 16 games, 5 of them were against teams with winning records. 11 of them were with lossing reconds.

- Out of the 5 teams with winning records, you lost 2 of them, and one was against the Colts when they benched everyone. The two games you did win, you were out played, and some how they found a way to win(the other teams screwed up, missed FG's many of them) Dallas, and the Gaints.

- Seans Alexanders yards on those 5 games against teams with winning records. 481 yards with 4 TDs. But knock off the Colts game, and it's down to 342 yards and only 2 TDs.

About 85 yards a game, with .5 TDs a game. Pathetic.

The Buccs

- Out of 16 games, only 6 teams had winning records. They only won 3 of those games.

The Redskins

- Out of 16 games, the Skins had to face 10 teams with winning records. They split that with 5 wins and 5 loses.

- The redskins have beaten the seahawks, giants, bears, and really the buccs. All of which have won their divisions.

- On that 42-0 Seahawk victory, Alexander only ran for about 49 yards and 2 TD's.

The eagles turned the ball over 6 times.

Exactly. The Eagles were in total dissaray that week. Look, if we take it week by week, we know we can beat any team in the NFC and the NFL. LET'S TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS THIS WEEK AND GO FROM THERE! DAMN I AM SO READY FOR THIS!!!!!!!

I agree with the stats, I am just worried about our inconsistency. Sure, we have been winning - and convincingly over good teams (Dallass, Giants), but we have been fortunate that our bad games have come against bad teams (Cards, Iggles)

If we won out of a crappy division, we would still want respect. With that, these teams are aware that they have stacked up wins against pretenders. But even that takes a little bit of consistency. So bottom line - give the other playoff teams a little bit of respect - they deserve it. But oh yes, we know deep down that we are battle tested - ready for the long haul on the road to Detroit.

Easy with that Alexander stat. It's not that the Iggles held him short, it's that he was pulled when the game blew up out of reach. I'm of the belief that if you did those stats with his yards per attempt and number of attempts, it would look a lot different; more in his favor.

That being said, the teams Seattle and Tampa Bay played were weak in general. And Portis would have a huge day against the Seattle defense.

In about two hours, he's going to have a huge day against Tampa. :D
