SlinginSammy HOF '63
. . . currently has exactly 1400 yards receiving . . . Chad Johnson is right behind them with 1377 . . . . Kind of nice that we get 23 more yards out of him minus the self pontification.
Trippster
Could you imagine TO playing here too? Moss #1 TO #2, you can't beat that. The team would disintegrate. TO will never want to be a #2 anywhere. He'll be in Dallas next year.
FightForOldDC21
i really hope he wins the most yards but if he doesnt, hes still the best WR in the league
RedskinsOP
The team would disintegrate. TO will never want to be a #2 anywhere. He'll be in Dallas next year.Dallas or the Raiders, guranteed. There are no other teams (Besides the Eagles, but look what happened to them) that would take in a misfit like him. Did he miss the entire kindergarten day on 'compassion'? Seabee1973
Could you imagine TO playing here too? Moss #1 TO #2, you can't beat that. TO would complaign big time if he were the numbewr 2 reciever
Joey T
A poor man's Steve Smith? Moss isn't a poor man's anything. He's just as good as Steve Smith, and their games are scarily similar. You stole the words right off my keyboard man. If Santana had a decent #2 receiver to take some heat, he would be lights out for crying out loud  Might I add; this is the first season of Brunnell to Santana. Smith and Delhomme(sp) have had a few seasons to perfect their rythm/chemistry. Dano finally has the pick he wanted that Shotty overruled when Shotty took Gardner
Spaceman Spiff
You noticed though in the middle when his numbers were down, we weren't running the ball all that well. With Portis, Cooley, and Royal stepping up Defenses just can't double Moss all the time. Balanced offense is great =) hell yes it is!
Matt [Redskins Fan]
To say that Moss is a poor man's anything is shortsighted. Did you see the numbers Mushin put up in Carolina last year? Pro-bowl numbers, anyone? Not to take anything away from Steve Smith, but we haven't had this kind of production in.. well.. ever. We can't just plug someone in there if Moss goes down (a la Carolina).
DaveP666
Santana reminds me sometimes of Gary Clark the way he celebrates his TD's )) Thats always good.
DaveP666
Sheeet, dont talk about Moss being injured... if he gets hurt, we are out! Period.
Prosperity
TO would complaign big time if he were the numbewr 2 reciever Maybe, maybe not. I can imagine he has learned not to ***** to much more to stop his career from getting flushed down the crapper.

RIDETHEWALRUS
Wow, talk about a dated bump. Here is to hoping that by week 14 this thread will not need a bump to be accurate.
RenegadeTK
haha... i love santana. he appears to be one of those players that always shows up to perform and literally cant stand to lose. i love guys like that. hopefully his attitude was infectious this off-season

turtle
the jersey costs are always a factor.
RenegadeTK
they should make some kind of trade-in system.... bring in an old jersey and get $15 off a new one

Sebowski
Love the bump. Sometimes I take for granted just how great Santana can be. '05 was awesome.
CM916
Moss was still a great receiver for us in 2006, we just weren't going deep quite enough. Saunders' offense with Campbell behind center will be spreading the ball around quite a bit so I am not certain Moss will get over 1,400 yards again but he should be up there.
