I am not a local so I am confused.The official tailgaters are saying they are going to setup at like 1 or 2 When they talk about coming at 1 or 2 they mean they'll be waiting outside of the gates on arena drive at 1 or 2...drinking and stuff out there bf they technically "set up" in the parking lots.
