Dah-Dee
Steven Jackson looking beastly on that first drive, drags a couple of Colts into the endzone. 7-0 Rams.
Dah-Dee
Good grief, Rhodes fumbles the ensuing kickoff and the Rams recover.
Hooper
Opening drive was a nice mix of the run and the pass.
Dah-Dee
Huh, how about that, Marshall Faulk carries for a first down to the Indy 3. First carry for Faulk in 3 games, I think the announcers said.
Dah-Dee
Rams false start after 2 tries from the 1-yard line. 3rd and goal from the 6 now. Faulk gets mobbed in the backfield, so looks like Indy will escape with giving up only 3 on the fumbled kickoff that gave the Martz-less Rams possession at the Colts' 16. 10-0 Rams. Dah-Dee
Anybody else got fantasy football interest in this game? Peyton and Edge can put me into first place in a 20-team league.... if the Colts offense ever gets the ball!
Dah-Dee
Colts play it a little bit boring on their first possession, one first down before stalling, getting flagged for a false start, end up punting. *yawn*
Dah-Dee
Jackson fumbles on the Rams' first play after the punt, Colts recover! Edit: Rams challenge, ref reviews..... "knee and shin down... down by contact" -- Rams keep the ball!
Eagles_Legendz
I have Peyton, Marvin, Vanderjact, and Curtis playing tonight, down by a significant amout of points, so obviously I have significant rooting interest. CUrtis! WOoo.
Dah-Dee
Bulger looks right, Colts react, Bulger throws left for 57-yard TD to Curtis! Holy Cow: 17-0 Rams in Indianapolis. That is one quiet dome!

Rypien 91
I am up by 10 points in my weekly game with him have James and me having Harrison. I like the Colts getting blown out. Payton will have to pass....hehehe.
Dah-Dee
Interim Rams head coach Joe Vitt is doing his best Joe Gibbs imitation with the offensive gameplan: pound, pound, pound, slant, pound, out, pound, pound, bomb. Chewing up yards and clock to keep the Colts' triplets off the field.
Dah-Dee
Blurb on the TV screen: first time Colts have trailed by 17+ in the first quarter of a game since 10/24/93. Yikes.
Dah-Dee
Great googly moogly, Colts K Vanderjagt misses a FG attempt on his home field. Okay, it was a 48-yarder, but still....

Dah-Dee
Uh-oh for the Rams -- Bulger is down on the Rams sideline with a shoulder injury after getting "jacked up" on the int return by Colts LB David Thornton. Bulger heads to the locker room. Edge to the Rams 23. Edge again, to the Rams 16.

jrockster21
I have Peyton, Marvin, Vanderjact, and Curtis playing tonight, down by a significant amout of points, so obviously I have significant rooting interest.CUrtis! WOoo. Ugh...I was up by 55 points, with Colts defense (20 points of those defensive points that whittle down as the Rams get more yardage and poitns) left to play against Marc Bulger and Jeff Wilkins. This is not looking good.
Dah-Dee
Ref: First down Rams. Yikes. Replay shows clear fumble. Ref rules Indy "had the ball on the bottom of the pile, they had the ball after the play was unscrambled." Seriously, that's what he said. "Unscrambled." Mmmmkaaaaaaaaay. Hooper
Oh man, the Rams just got screwed. The league has figured out the Colts offense. Keep everybody deep and make them beat you underneath.

Dah-Dee
After the TV timeout, replay w/ sound shows Manning lobbying the refs for Colts possession, refs ruling "dual possession," w/ tie to the runner just like in baseball. Wow. Okay: Edge takes it in, TD Colts. 17-7 Rams.
