  1. While i cant say for sure it is an interesting question. kinda like being too open while taking a jump shot in basketball. and all kinds of crazy things can affect how an athlete plays. again comparing to basketball but a lot of the time in situations like the final four you see shooting % go down because going from smaller gyms to big arenas like that it can mess with depth perception etc. Wentz has never been described as super accurate but seems to be better in games vs practice and i noticed on saturday he was better in 7v7 and 11v11 than individuals. its an interesting theory for sure though
  2. there were definitely more seats as you got closer to the 50 and this was about 2 weeks ago but strictly speaking from my section it was fairly full. obviously things can change i can promise you thats not the case anymore as far as the logos
  3. I cant speak to any of the physical improvements affecting sales but I do think the club incentives and prices have really boosted club level ticket sales. i know my section last i looked was basically sold out through the falcons game (as far as i looked) other than like two tickets every other game.
  4. Im not saying this to defend Dan because I in no ways think it was done on purpose but if you're Wentz how are you feeling hearing coming from the owner after everything that went down in indy
  5. I cant speak to all of it but the branding has been handled well and it does look a lot better but isnt completely finished. I do know when i was there friday delivering stuff there were a ton of Contractors there working on stuff. they are testing out the new seats on club level as well as the table tops which come with parking, food, and alcohol. I've been there 3 times over the last month not including Saturday and every time Ive been ive noticed something new even if some of it is just from an optics stand point
  6. Will not be there this week but HogFarmer Chris invited us (hope thats okay) to come park and tailgate over there during the season. Will have a tent, music, cornhole, beer, griddle and breakfast foods, chairs, water, soda, football shaped jello shots, cups, plates, plastic silverware etc. will make sure we save any tabs from soda/beer! If there's any one thing in particular you need on a week to week basis let me know and ill do what I can
  7. interesting thread on the second half pff grades for our secondary fuller weeks 7-18 85.9 2nd overall jackson weeks 7-18 75.0 17th overall mccain weeks 7-18 78.4 12th overall this was after being 46th, 119th, and 70th in weeks 1-6. It’s at least confirmation for those that noticed the stark difference in second half of season
  8. My point was more in reference to the top sentence in that it goes beyond just the working experience there. And I agree about Dan hence me saying IF Dan let’s people do their jobs.
  9. Idk to be honest. I’ve dealt with a few more people in that building recently and I’d go to bat for them any day of the week. There are some good people in there doing an incredible job to try and turn it around. Now not saying as you said Dan couldnt come in and ruin it all he could but IF god forbid he can stay out of the way and let people do their jobs there are people in the building outside of just Jason and Ron that are really trying to help turn this around
  10. Couple of notes from yesterday: 1) very good crowd I thought yesterday heard atleast 45,000 people rsvped to go. 2) one of the sales reps snuck us into a pre event for prospective STHs with Jason and London there was probably at-least 500 people for this. Both Jason and London had some interesting things to say. 3) several things London had to say: Dan Snyder offered him job the day he retired but he wanted to take some time away from game. Said even though he played for bills and won Super Bowl with Rams this was the place he always felt most at home. has loved the vibe around camp said it’s been chippy and you’ve seen some leaders emerge including some you wouldn’t expect specifically named Bobby McCain. Said he doesn’t care what the name is it’s still the burgundy and gold and if you cut him open he bleeds burgundy and gold. All in all I was ready to run through a wall after. 4) couple of things that stuck out about Jason. He made sure to make a point to say the money from ticket sales goes into things like fixing the stadium, redoing the field, contracts for people like Terry and Jonathan. 3rd in league in club level ticket sales. Only team in league to include things like free parking and food/beverage for club level tickets. Talked about the new fight song and I quote “folks can sing whatever lyrics they want” with a big smile. 5) as mentioned earlier the branding around the stadium is really well done so far and is going to get better 6) the taste of fedex field for STHs was a nice touch but was insanely crowded but also had a ton of different options. All in all was a good night and most of the crowd seemed to enjoy themselves
  11. Oh it’s not that I don’t distrust those guys. I saw it some myself last night watching from our seats in club. It did seem to be much more noticeable during individuals and 1v1s compared to 7v7 or 11v11. But like I said earlier I do wonder how much they are actually showing of what they really plan to do on offense. Think 2012 we heard a little bit of the pistol/readoption but we were told oh it will just be sprinkled in here and there and was mostly kept under wraps until week 1
  12. I know you said you’re uncertain but one of the reasons I do think we take a step forward this season is because of Rivera. People forget last season with all the expectations Rivera kept saying to pump the brakes. Last night he told the crowd we are putting the league on notice. That’s a complete and utter 180 from last offseason. I also wonder how much of what they really want to run on Offense we are really seeing. I keep going back to the we are going to bomb people out of existence comment by Zampese.
  13. On point C. It’s actually going to get better. A lot of the art pieces and stuff are still getting worked on but should be done by the opener. I’m actually re doing some of mine to go bigger and might have opportunity to do more if the stuff is liked but yes they are actively trying to put it more out there.
  14. On the Marken Mitchell pass Chris Russell is an an idiot. Wentz was under heavy pressure pumped, then stepped up into the pocket and threw that ball effortlessly downfield in a spot where only Mitchell was gonna get it and could make a play on the ball. Agree some inaccuracies at times in DRILLS. But there was also that play as well as a beautiful ball to Terry in the corner of the endzone in 11 on 11s now this is inaccuracy
  15. Out of those 3 I’m probably most worried about Curl. We’ve been in safety hell since Sean. Curl has the chance to be the best safety we’ve had since Sean. Not saying he’ll ever be at that type of level but safety has just been a black hole for so long I think TE as well. I even count Logan in that group. We didn’t draft Logan but he was basically a bottom of the roster TE before he got here
  16. To be fair I wanted to change it after the name change but I was too late
  17. That isn't mine. But yes i do know the guy. And I do have the file to print it but not trying to steal his thunder lol. I have a similar file that I'm going to work on once I deliver all my stuff to the stadium tomorrow. the one I'm going to try to print is exactly like that except one side looks like the new W and the other looks like the Script R. I've got about 20 prints I'm delivering to the stadium tomorrow. After I hit up training camp of course since they opened up more days.
  18. So during our Session with Zampese we went through three plays. And based off your description here of Norv I would say the apple doesnt fall far from the tree with Scott. The way each play and route was described almost exactly as its described here. Basically if the play has 5 routes in it (3 wr, te, rb) each one of those routes is designed to beat a specific type of defense. You could run the exact same play 5 times in a row and your number 1 read could be different all five times. Your progressions change on a case by case basis. based on things like how close the linebacker or safety are to line of scrimmage. Or whether the corners are playing press or 3,5 or 10 yards off the ball. The crazy thing is this though. Zampese spent about 30 mins on each of these three concepts with us. He showed us a bunch of examples of these concepts in action and how the reads would change based off the defense. Then when he was done explained these were day one installs that they basically spend about a minute and a half on. But in short as you reference Norv saying the audibles are already built into the plays being called.
  19. Yeah today was one of the 4 original STH designated days. they added a 5th on august 18th
  20. They weren't just looking for skill position players but also lineman. Wentz was sacked 50 times in 12 games. 8 by us in week 1. Thats also by far the most of Wentz Career. Interesting that there's a much bigger turnout for a designated STH day. I know they also had to add an extra day for STHs on Aug. 18th
  21. I think another point to Wes being here is you cut him whose your back up at guard? With Wes its either him or Turner as the backup. You cut Wes or Turner for that matter your back ups at guard are now Saddiq Charles or 7th round draft pick Chris Paul with 0 nfl snaps to his name. Not exactly great options when A) you've routinely touted that you need to take a step forward this season and b) you have one year to decide if your qb is the right guy for the job or not. I could see them letting Wes or Turner walk next offseason however
