Terry is my guy. Heinicke showed a lot of guts tonight, proud of him.- 1

giants will probably win this game. refs seem to always favor the giants. team will continue to struggle, especially the cornerbacks. giants will win by 5 points.
William Jackson played pretty good week 1 truthfully. -

I think that’s great. But we’ve got to throw to the receivers early and often. A lot more especially McLaurin. -
I think it’s possible that this offensive line can run block but can’t pass block that well.

Yes that is when he is eligible for extension. Whether he wants to sign one or not is up to him. Worst comes to worst we tag him after 2022.
Im just speculating, but he seems like the type of player that wants to stay here. At least I hope he does. -
I’m not saying anything. I just want us to ball out.

I disagree that nothing went right.
And you’re right, but people get ridiculous after losses. I’m frustrated too, didn’t want to start the season off this way. -
I always like watching Terry. They should have thrown to receivers more. The defense got shredded to my surprise. Rookie St. Juste got handled. We’ve got to get things right for Thursday.

I’m already over Samuel. I want to focus on the players that are there and ready to play for us. If he plays, ok, if he doesn’t I’m focused on the guys that are there.
But it sucks to have to go this route.3 hours ago, Skinsinparadise said:Shawn Merriman just on air predicting Chargers 34, WFT 24.
My prediction WFT 28 Chargers 24.
I think this matchup is so telling. Both arguably good teams with them being chic favorites for some as being climbers this season and some think these teams are overrated-pretenders.
My major wildcards for this season (that i think this game could give a window for) are:
A. Fitz I liked the signing but his play can be a roller coaster. So he adds some unpredictablity to every game.
B. The defense -- lives up to their billing or is it overrated? Yep they can beat down the Andy Dalton, Mullens type but can they stop the big boys?
C. Loved Gibson before the draft. Still love him. Can he emerge as a stud this season? I think he can but I need to see it play out
D. They have to beat Giants. We can't get swept by them again IMO and still win the division. Enough of them owning this rivalry.
I recall years back there was a period where we all thought this defense could be really good but when they were up against Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, etc they were lit up like they were garbage. I suspect this defense is for real. But I'll confess Brady carving through our defense like a hot knife through butter makes me wonder about how they fare against the really explosive offenses. I know they can stop the scrubs but can they stop the studs? I think yes but I want to see it first.
Herbert is no Mahomes. He's good. But if this defense is for real, they can't let him steamroll them. If that happens what will go down when they face Rodgers, Mahones, Brady again, etc.
People seem really confident that they can score on our defense. I’m not confident about that. I definitely don’t see 30. -

I've been following the team since before Bruce Allen was the team's GM. If we're going to blame Ron for players that Allen held onto, should we also blame Ron for overpriced FAs that Cerrato signed? Or is it Ron's fault that the team held cupcake practices under Jay?
Personally, I think it's Ron's fault that Billy Kilmer started over Sonny Jurgensen in that Super Bowl.
Who’s blaming Ron? Not me. -

Under Ron? Such as?
Unless you're still hung up about Cody Latimer or somethin...
Not really under Ron. I’m just thinking of free agent wide outs that have been injury prone. Namely Richardson, and Jackson, but mostly just Richardson. Seems like it’s been more. I’d just like to start the season completely healthy on offense. But I’ve been following the team longer than Ron has been here, so why should that matter?

I’m already over Samuel. I want to focus on the players that are there and ready to play for us. If he plays, ok, if he doesn’t I’m focused on the guys that are there. There have been to many free agent shortcomings.
-
I want to see Samuel in on the 11 vs. 11’s. Then I can feel comfortable saying he’s back. But he’s already doing things he hasn’t done in months.

Oh no what will we do without Barber's whooping 1.9 YPC.
I liked him in short yardage. Not saying we can’t get someone better, but he could do that. And a nice run here or there.- 2

Of course it does. But it's also obvious that the team with the best QB has a huge advantage. We see it every year in the playoffs. The teams that advance tend to have the better QBs than the teams that go home early. Personally I think Dallas is the team to beat in the East, I don't think we are nearly as good as most fans believe. I obviously hope I am wrong.
Yeah Dallas is so scary good 😌. They’ve even looked horrible in preseason. People that are fans of this franchise love praising Dallas. It makes no sense especially when they don’t deserve it.- 1
