What time was your group? I was the 730 group. I called them out on the BS and they seemed to get really pissed. They were like 14 other teams do it. I said if the other 14 teams juump of a bridge does that mean we have to do it to? I think I pissed out the main guy. I went up to him afterwards and blew me right off.

I had an interesting night at Fed Ex last night. Last week I got contacted for a Fan Focus Group. This one was centered around the new stadium. I did get a $100 Gift Card to the Team Store. This was not know when signed up. The Team has hired a 3rd party group to look at what Fans want in a new stadium. They just started this week. My group was the final focus group. They had one before us yesterday. And many over the past few days. My group had about 8 people in it. We first started on who we are are, current or past season ticket holder, if we buy single games. What we think the value is and what not. We then got on to location and what is needed to be there. I was the first to answer saying there is really only 1 place for the new stadium and that is the old RFK site. The rest of the 7 people agreed with me. There seemed like a real push by the 3rd party group to push to see if we would travel farther down 95 or farther out west into London. We all pretty much said no even the people that live NOVA. They said traffic on 95 going south is just crazy and out west there isnt the roads that could handle it. Then came the real reason we were there. To find out if we would buy season ticket with PSLs. Or a different name but a PSL. The new stadiums have changed the name because PSLs have a bad connation. Once he started to explain I knew what he was talking about. I was first to answer. And said not just No But Hell No!!! That PSLs are a slap in the face to season ticket holders. Dan can afford to build the stadium on his own or with the states help. Of course then they tried to sell it saying that all 14 new stadiums have PSLs and it is a way to raise money for the stadium. Also you would have first right of refusal of any events besides the super bowl that take place in the stadium. They focused on General Season tickets, the suggested PSLs ranged from $1,000 a seat for the Upper level Endzone to 20,000 a seat for Lower level Corner. Anyone with Lower Level Sideline would be 20K+ because these are now "Club Level" seats. Pretty much all agreed that is was a slap in the face, the team struggles to sell season tickets now. Try to get people to buy an PSLs on top of it, we said yeah right. Of course if something amazing happen and we get good over the next 5-6 years because that is what we were told to look into the future. They might be able to sell this. But I highly doubt it. So any current season ticket holders get ready for PSLs

Yes there is a cost to anything. You can say this about many many issues (Most of them dont have anything to do with this topic).

I can see this point for kids and kids only. At this point if you refuse to get vaccinated you have to assume the risks that not being vaccinated has. I am not changing my life because a person is to dumb to get vaccinated.

You can feel the pressure come off the shoulders. They are back, we will look back at this weekend as the change.

It’s not stupid, ending the state emergency is the right thing to do. Each county, business, person can decide what they want to do. If you want to send your kids with masks next year go for it. But at the state level it was time to end it.

When I picked up my cardboard head in the off season. The ticket reps did mention they were looking at all price levels. They realized they were higher for certain ticket locations. They had planned on lowering ticket pricing.

Got what your saying. I took your comments a little different. Yes if the business or place still requires one you need to wear it. I will say that I am noticing places that have the sign still up but even the workers aren’t wearing one.

I totally agree, what I was getting at is the tone or the feeling that if someone doesn’t wear a mask that it is a bad thing. At this point it is each their own. Wear one or not. Totally up to the person, but looking down at someone not wearing one needs to stop.

Totally get it. But the science tells us that passing COVID once you have been vaccinated is just as slim if not slimmer has getting COVID once vaccinated.

First each their own. Wear the mask if it makes you feel better. But this what I don’t get about the stance. You have been vaccinated who cares if they have a mask or not. The mask is meant to protect yourself. You have been vaccinated. The slim chance you get it, and if you do it will be like a cold or flu. Not in the hospital. If you have been vaccinated the mask makes no sense to me.

Dude all I am going to tell you is your not going to win this fight here. Please do some actual research on the vaccines and not what Facebook it telling you. They vaccines were not rushed. They cut the red tape. They were able to run parts of the trails simultaneously to help speed you the process. The FDA has even come out there isn’t much different in Emergency Use vs Full Approval. Pretty much the only difference is they can start to mandate it.

Sounds like FP is done. The story that is breaking on twitter. Is last weekend MASN was alerted about possible misconduct by FP. They informed the Team was being pulled and investigation would be done. Sounds like he was cleared of it. Allowed back on the air. The Team was made aware of new misconduct that was on twitter DM. MASN has pulled him indefinitely. Sounds like a He/Said situation. My guess is he will be quietly let go in the next few weeks.

I believe once it is fully approved then the Military and other places can make it mandatory.

I feel we just about there. When states are now making walk up appointments and giving employees $100 to get the vaccine. We are at that point that people have to assume the risk. I would say give it the month of May and in June life needs to get back to normal. With schools and the NFL planning on full classrooms and stadiums come August that will be here before you know it.

At some point they have to assume the risk of not getting vaccinated. Why should I care what happens to them if they choose not to get vaccinated? Yes, you can still get it once you have been vaccinated but all vaccines are 100% against hospital and death. If I get a cold/flu for a few days and it means I dont have to wear this mask anymore bring it on. If they are fully vaccinated they should be allowed to go and do things as normal. I went back to a movie theater 2 weeks ago. I went to Disney back in Feb. Both Wife and I have been vaccinated since late Jan early Feb. As I said above at some point we have to get back to normal. At some point people that refuse to get vaccinated they have to assume the risk of that.

Yes, and in the press conference he stated that small groups with unvaccinated should still where the mask. At some point we have to move forward. This is a starting point and in line with CDC guidance. Transmission outside is way less.

Yes, since my house appraised for more each time. With lender credits the most I ever added was 4K to the loan. Most lenders have credits and deals that you dont need to pay closing costs.

Keep an open line of communication with your lender. I would also shop around. Companies will try to beat each other out. Rates are as low as they were in the fall. The Answer is No and will always be No. The federal Land cannot reside in a State. You cannot have a the Federal Govt in a state. This will fail in the Senate if ever brought to a vote. IF it ever does pass it will be brought in front of SCOTUS and killed. You need a Constitutional amendment to make DC a State. And as a MD resident I do not want DC.
