  1. Khan and Malinaggi had a scuffle at the weigh in today Excellent main event on FNF. Diaz/Ngoudjo had a nice competitive fight that is going to the cards
  2. "Daley will never be in the UFC again, I don't care if he wins every fight he has in any other organization." -Dana White
  3. According to people watching the presser. White and Kos said Daley was gouging his eyes for the last minute of the fight. White also said Daley is done in the UFC
  4. "Will you fight the fellow Brazilian Anderson Silva?" "Yes of course, I am a professional fighter" Kos on next lol
  5. Preliminary #s have Mayweather-Mosley doing 1.2 million buys...
  6. Doesn't he have a different contract with M-1? The May fight will probably be during an M-1 event in Russia I would assume
  7. Fight is agreed upon, the money and all the fine points are done. It will be May 1st at the MGM grand. Press confrence next week in NY to announce it...
  8. Mayweather-Mosley is in the works, orginally for May 1st but could move to March since Berto-Mosley got scrapped.
  9. Well he did call him out a few years ago only to have Mosley to duck him to get his tooth fixed :hysterical:
  10. I'm hearing its Campbell for Floyd. They kicked around a Mosley fight but he couldn't be ready for a April date (he fights in late Jan.). The hope is that Pac and Mayweather both destroy their opponents and fight in the late summer/early fall outside in Vegas...
  11. Bob ARUM: "they did offer the 14 day cut off" Arum does not deny that Richie Rich Schaefer of Golden Boy, the appointed Maywerather rep along with close to the best adviser Al Haymon, did end up with a two weeks out preflight test demand. “It’s true, it’s true,” Arum said. “But they knew full well that we would not go for that. I think the real mistake was mine in not saying, “Sign the bout contract, then take your test requirements to the athletic commission.’ I should have said that and, if he signed the contract, I could’ve said go the commission and don’t bother me with this bullspit.” Arum, smh. So Roach goes on record and says Manny has no problems with a 5 day blood test. Floyd offers 15 days and Arum turns it down saying they knew we'd never accept it? For the sake of your dying sport Arum, do the right thing.
  12. You can for sure quit using roids and still have the advantages of it (muscle mass, recuperating from injuries etc.). Especially HGH, which is cycled...
  13. Another turn. Obviously Mayweather is promoted by Mayweather promotions in a joint venture with Golden Boy. Pacquiao is Top Rank. Clottley is also Top Rank. Clottey and Pacquiao are now fighting March 13th, according to Top Rank. Its not rocket science, a Top Rank fighter v another Top Rank fighter = a **** load of money for top rank then if it was split. More reasons why this slim Arum shouldn't be trusted...
  14. That is how it played out in their comments. Manny has only spoke on it a couple of times and said he didn't want blood drawn 48 hours before the fight because it weakens him. I know the fear of needles came from Top Rank and that was shot down by most everyone because Pacquiao has tats all over his body lol. His aversion to blood being drawn is well documented, he named it as one of the reasons he lost to Morales. He had to get his physical done 2 days before the fight and he said the arm the blood was drawn from was weaker for that fight. Obviously Moorer could be spewing **** as his relationship with Pacquiao and Roach was strained after the Hatton fight. He contends its because of Mannny's drug use. I remember when he was fired Roach said he just didn't like the way Moorer cornered fighters (thoughts were that Roach was grooming Moorer to take over the wildcard). So who really knows? But I do think that Bob Arum is trying his damndest to **** this up, hes scum.
  15. LA Times is reporting that Mayweather made the 14 day deal but Arum and Top Rank never relayed this information to Pacquiao directly (he wasn't at the mediation or is even in the country). Arum is a slimball
  16. from Boxing Scene: Ok here's the business, Micheal Moorer who was working for the Pacman camp tipped off Mayweather's about Pac's alleged PED use, which is why Mayweather insists on the tests up til fight time. Moorer claims that during training he saw and had knowledge of the trainers cooking up magic juice for Pac, as his questions persisted he was terminated from the camp and no longer part of Team Pacquiao. He then let Mayweather and their camp know about what he knew, which is why they are adament about the tests. Now, if Manny doesn't want to to take the tests and I have a former Heavyweight champion and cornerman from Team Manny telling me this happened, why would I not logically assume that he is ducking the test because he's dirty. Bob Arum, Freddie Roach, Ariza, and Pac all know the deal and why it's this way...which is why now the reason for declining the random testing has went from superstition, to fear of needles, to weakening the body, to now principle. Believe what you want but Mayweather will not concede on this aspect of the negotiations because he does in fact believe Pac is dirty. That being said, this lawsuit filed by Pac's people is going to backfire in a huge way because it's going to bring all these things to the forefront, they should have agreed...shut up, and took the fight. Pac and his people should be ashamed, this is a pitiful day for boxing. Manny has certainly cast a shadow of doubt according to Chic Pierce of ESPN Conversations
  17. I think its official, Pacquiao doesn't want to fight: From December 23rd: "If they give me a 5-day window or something like that I have no problem with it," Roach said. "When they've drawn blood from Manny in the past he feels weaker for three or four days. It may be mental, but it's there." Mayweather contends: "Before the mediation, my team proposed a 14-day, no blood testing window leading up to the fight. But it was rejected. I am still proposing the 14-day window but he is still unwilling to agree to it, even though this is obviously a fair compromise on my part as I wanted the testing to be up until the fight and he wanted a 30-day cut-off. The truth is he just doesn't want to take the tests. It just got way more interesting... Rumors going around are that Michael Moore (was co-trainer at Wildcard for a little bit and Pac's co-trainer) told Floyd that Manny uses PEDs
  18. Josh Koschek v Paul Daley is rumored to be in the works...
  19. On the sherdog report it says that Carwin informed them that he was told the fight is moved to the Jan. 2nd card in Vegas.
  20. That fight was a robbery but it was equally terrible. Kimbo v Big Roy next week. holy ****, that will be a ratings monster.
  21. Hopkins and Roy are in serious discussions, almost done. 50/50, 60/40 if the fight ends before 12. Obviously the winner gets 60
  22. Rampage retires: The UFC has done a lot for me but I think I have done more for them. The UFC bought WFA to get my contract & they saved my life, so I felt loyal to them. They pushed me into a fight with Chuck Liddel even when I clearly stated I wasn't ready to fight for the belt because the American fans didn't know me but I took the fight and didn't complain & after I won the American fans booed me for the first time which changed the way I saw them & it hurt me deeply. Then before I can even get out of the cage they announced that I was fighting Dan Henderson without even asking me. After I beat Dan Henderson, I made history in becoming the first undisputed champion in MMA but was never even given the pride belt in the cage & I was never promoted as the undisputed champ. Later Anderson Silva was. Then they had me coach TUF season 7 and fight Forrest and the fight was very controversial & normally when a fight is that close & controversial there is normally an instant replay. I can name a couple of instances. Instead they offered me the Vanderlei Silva fight which I gladly accepted even though I know it was a very risky fight for me to take because of all the drama that was happening to me at the time. I fought that fight with a jaw injury and then a couple weeks later Dana called me and asked me to fight Rashad. For the first time I said no, I didn't want to fight because it was such short notice & I wouldn't have had a long break between camp. Dana talked me into fighting Rashad anyway but Rashad refused the fight and so I had to fight Jardine as a favor to the UFC instead of getting my belt back (which wasn't even worth it to me financially). Then I reinjured my jaw in the fight with Vanderlei & Jardine. Frank Mir gets hurt so they wanted to switch my fight from UFC 100 to the fight Frank couldn't make it to but I couldn't fight cause I needed jaw surgury. So they give Machida the fight against Rashad & they told me they want me to coach TUF season 10 against Rashad. That's why I wanted Rashad to win so bad but when Rashad got knocked out I told them I wanted to fight Machida for the belt but Dana told me if I coach TUF against Rashad that I could fight Machida afterwards cause this was a different type of ultimate fighter show they were doing. After I signed the contract Dana then changes his mind & says I have to fight Rashad & even told me what to say in the press & so my fans think I was scared to fight Machida. After all that I still never complained & I did it all. Then this movie role came about that I have been trying to get for over a year & as soon as I found out I was close to getting it, I called Dana right away & asked to push the Memphis fight back just a month or so. I told him what this movie role meant to me. I told him that I used to bond with my father watching the tv show as a kid when my parents where still married & it represents the memories I had with my father when we lived together. My dad became an alcohalic & addicted to drugs & we grew apart. But after my dad got his life back together, I was so proud of my dad & I told him I would always take care of him in the future & make him proud of me. My dad & I are still very big fans of the show & I am basically doing this for the childhood memories I had spending time in front of the tv with my dad. Dana went on the internet & mocked me because of that & I still did nothing. Dana & I finally talked & we made up & then after that he went back on the internet & said some bull**** & he was talking bad about the movie when information is not even supposed to be released & talking about payments which is not even true could really hurt my future acting career, which could very well last longer than my fighting career. I'm not like Randy Couture. My body has been getting so many different injuries that I wont be able to fight until my forties & neither do I want to fight that long. So I feel like my second career could be in jeopardy.. so I'm done fighting. I've been getting negative reviews from the dumb ass fans that don't pay my bills or put my kids though college. So I'm hanging it up. I'm gonna miss all my loyal fans but hopefully they'll follow me to my new career & I will gain more loyal fans along the way. & all you hater fans out there can kiss my big black hairy ass! & anybody that don't like what I just said can come try to kick my ass! I still feel the UFC is a great organization and I felt like I was very loyal to them but they didn't respect my loyalty but I wish the UFC the best. I did a lot of things for them. I wish no bad blood between us but I have kids & a family back in Memphis to provide for & thats all that matters to me! 23. Kellerman is turning into a *****. He's been shameful the last month. lol @ this buffoon Mosley. How can this idiot call out Mayweather when Mayweather was begging him for a fight in 04 but Mosley backed down because of a "toothache" (later revealed that his wife didn't want him to fight). He turned it down to fight Jose Luis Cruz, a busted Vargas (in which he pubically turned it down, as shown in the vid above), Luis Collazo. In that order. Come on Shane, don't try it, you had the perfect chance and ducked. Mayweather gets the winner of Cotto/Pacquiao in April of '10. Mosley can go look for like Joshua Clottley.
  24. It probably would've been best if they did it right there.
