    Forced to sell, still make a boat load of money on that investment. I don't know what happens. I try to distance myself from non football drama. But I don't want to current office structure to blow up. Rivera, Donaldson and Wright seem like interesting combo to lead this name change. Don't want some new dude come in and just be like "I like Washington Warriors, make it happen. Team colours black and maroon."

    Interesting hire! It's kinda out of the box. Former nfl player who went on and earn his stripes in the business world. Local guy but not a former player. Pure based on his work experience, I'm excited. We didn't hire somebody from the old boys network.

    I must say that the Donaldson interviews on the website are pretty good. She is nice but also puts in some challenging questions. She is not just beeing nice because they work for the same team.

    61 = experience Redskins fan = native American fan boi = lacrosse connection. I only see positives

    Yeah Michigan is the hot spot. I'm also a national team lacrosse coach. In lacrosse you are allowed to field a couple of North Americans with Dutch heritage (either parent or grand parent). I'm always surprised how many of those there still are.

    Dude these Fitz guys...we hired a Ron + a couple of new scout and FO guys are minorities + female in executive media role. How on earth can you then even think about complaining?! Don't be so uptight about the proces. Look at our team. How on earth can they not be happy?

    I think both new employees make sense. Yes marketing guy is a bit "same old". But at a this moment it would be odd to hire a complete outsider on short notice to run a name change. No owner in any business would do that. You just grab somebody that you know can do the job. Maybe a year after all the dust settles you can look for outside hire (put some head hunters to work). This is just quick short fix. Donaldson seems to have a good relation with Rivera and they needed a statement hire. So that also makes sense. She is a well respected media member who earned her stripes. So nobody questions the hire in terms of experience. We didn't just hire a pretty girl to work as a fake statement.

    At least we have balls to offer Donaldson and she has got the guts to accept it. Don't know if it's going to work but if you threat he wrong I guess we will know asap. There were a lot more safer hires.

    By the way. We dodged a bullet with Corona. Because of the situation Ron has time to focus on this kind of stuff. Image the season already started and you are already running practises and stuff. Prepping for training camp. I have been sceptical about the man hiring Carolina dudes but right now it's a deeper culture overhaul then expected. It's not only football related.

    Its bad and terrible. It should never happen, not even once but Redskins had a hole culture of sexual harassment. I feel bad for all the women who took this job and has to go through it. But... D.C. media made a mistake. The hype overshadowed the real story. We all know it's bad but it's not at the level it was hyped for. We are not a drugs cartel with bungabunga parties with all the employees. Now it feels like "oooo just sexual harassment". And that is terrible.

    I think of this happened under Bruce his watch. The old Tampa bay team...teams might need to start digging. Is there one toxic organisation or are there more. And that's the part why owners might force Dan to sell. It will be a story about our team but people will qeustion the complete league. Local news papers are going to start investigating local and more dirt might come up. NFL suffers from bad brand image. No owner cares what the other owner does, as long as it earns them money. But as soon as your actions impact there investment, they will force you to sell. Just to protect their own income and value. They don't want to get dragged along.

    We should have been on Hard Knocks. Would have been best Netflix drama series of this fall.
