There used to be a Peruvian chicken place in Wheaton Mall that introduced me to that kind of chicken. It was delicious! There's a place here in Austin that has it and I've been once, delicious too. I want to go again.

That case's motions are going to be resolved and the March 25th trial date confirmed. It's my brother's birthday and he hated Trump and wanted to vote for Hillary before he died that August. For his sake and memory I'm hoping this date sticks and Trump is convicted in a state court.

Now Congress has to take up more time for a ridiculous trial in the Senate. Unlike the impeachments of Trump, who should have been kicked out of office by the Senate, never to be allowed to run for president again and throwing the country into his tailspin, we have to suffer through this Senate trial. Mayorkas will never be convicted and thrown out of office. I hate to say it and I will: the Republicans in the House of Representatives are a joke and that includes my representative.

At the time the 14tg Amendment was written, passed, and confirmed it wasn't that long a time from the Civil War and people knew who were Confederates and who were not, so it was easy to identify insurrectionists.
