  1. Well our win over GS seems to have gone down in value somewhat. Failing to score 100 vs Chicago? Ick.
  2. Keep in mind that Gortat did have some issues connecting with Wall during the first 10 or so games of his first year in DC. Give it more time and Mahinmi will likely iron out the chemistry kinks with our PGs.
  3. Even without Durant, this was an accomplishment. His absence was partially offset by how poorly Wall shot from the field, and the BS FT attempt disparity. There are 11 games between now and our final meetings with Boston & ATL. If we win both of these Toronto games (which we should now that Lowry is out) and go 9-2 or better overall (all of these games are winnable), I'd say we will have made up for those 2 crappy post-break games.
  4. Even when putting aside Oubre, I wouldn't have wanted Williams if it came at the expense of minutes for Sato.
  5. Honestly if whatever move we make is just for the sake of strengthening our bench, I say we just keep our draft pick and look to the future. We aren't winning a title this year, and we need a young big.
  6. At this point it'd be disappointing if we didn't get there. The main reason why I thought we'd fall short earlier in the season is because of our road woes. But now that we've figured out how to win away from VC, I see most of our remaining games as should-wins or at least winnable. Heck I wouldn't rule out beating the Warriors in VC.
  7. Our home winning streak came to an end, but a new streak begins...........5 in a row on the road now! Indy's a good home team, so this was an important win.
  8. We're a last-second tip-in by the evil twin and an impossible (lucky) shot from LBJ away from being on a 16-game winning streak.
  9. I wish we'd kept Sessions and maybe Anderson. That would've been a pretty good bench. The only concern with Anderson is that I wouldn't want him to take away from the development of Sato or Oubre..
  10. So Miami is now 2.5 games out of the 8 seed. If (probably when rather than if) they get in, how good are they? Could they knock out a high seed early? Like us?

  12. ................................................ .........At least we didn't blow it.
  13. How the heck did Otto not see Morris wide open in the corner in the inbounds play in the final minute with 0.4 on the shot clock? For that matter how the heck was he so wide open in that situation?
  14. I was tempted to post "I'm actually getting bored of these decisive wins over bad teams. Bring on the Cavs!" Glad I didn't. It probably would've jinxed us. 2nd longest home winning streak in franchise history, keep it up!
  15. This current season is probably the most excited I've been about the Wiz since that year.
  16. Cavs are barely above .500 on the road. We shouldn't be satisfied with anything less than a win.
