  1. i agree theres no point in touching gloves once the bell rings. that being said, its a ***** move to pretend to touch gloves and lead in with a shot. you either touch gloves or you don't.
  2. ^^^Marcus Aurelio vs. Ryan Jensen from Ultimate Fight Night, the whole fight lasted about 16secs ShoEliteXC comes on tonight at 11:30pm(est) on Showtime. no big name fighters, but they show up and comers who need experience, the fights are usually pretty good.
  3. its hard to say he got "exposed". i think Rich is still one of the 3 or 4 best heavyweights in the land. he's only loss to two people in A.Silva and Machida, no shame in losing to either of those guys.
  4. Cantrell was tapping before he hit the ground  i don't know if that was work or Cantrell just quitting so he could get his check and go home
  5. in Ken Shamrock's fight against Franklin, he starts to godown before the punch was thrown: i believe that was a work
  6. i definitely don't think it was a work, it just lacks an explanation. the only work i've seen in the UFC is Shamrock vs. Franklin
  7. you know i rewatched that fight and Pellegrino did something i've never seen before. he had a dominant position of sidemount and inexplicably transitioned directly into Nate's full guard as if he did it on purpose. i cannot for the life of me think of a logical reason why he did that, especially since he had success from a similar side mount in the first round
  8. i think the knockout loss, combined with the fact that Karo hasn't finished a fight in a long time, will knock him down in a crowded division. Koscheck just resigned with the UFC, and will be fighting Chris Lytle at UFC 86 if i'm not mistaken. a rematch with Diego seems like a good match up for Karo
  9. James Irvin Superman Punch: Alves knocking Karo back down the welterweight ladder: Nate celebrating before the tap  : Anthony Johnson committing legal murder on Tommy Speer:
  10. Tommy Speer is a huge welterweight himself, and Anthony Johnson made him look tiny he has some extremely heavy hands and its only 24. his only loss was to Rich Clementi which he took on 5days notice. He has pretty good wrestling, so if his ground game is decent, i think he'll be a champ some day in the future
  11. i did better than usual but still not that good, especially on the main card. although i did call Alves over Karo though. won a little bit of cash on that fight from a friend
  12. damn good first round, i give to Lauzon though
  13. Gray should get the decision, Frankie's a hell of a fighter, but he looked really small compared to Gray. he might want to consider dropping to 145 and going to the WEC
  14. even about 15secs after the fight was called off, Tommy was on one knee leaned against the cage. he literally got put to sleep
  15. Rumble, young man, Rumble!!!!!!!!!!! damn that was vicious. kid is only 24 and is HUGE for welterweight, he goin to be a problem in the future
  16. Thiago still would have been raining down punches on Karo now if the ref didn't stop it  but on another note, its funny how Mazzagati is always the one who stops the fights early
  17. yeah, he ate alot of clean and unanswered shots on the ground.
  18. hell yeah, Alves knocked out Karo, quick stoppage though
  19. you can try 24267, they usually show the events
  20. yo Nate is the man, that was some slick ****
  21. i'm surprised the ref didn't stop it when Kurt was tee'n off on his dome
  22. Nate Diaz already sounds punch-drunk, thats not a good look.
  23. Ludwig should have the record, when he knocked out Goulet in like 5secs
  24. Houston Alexander just embarrassed the whole state of Nebraska. lol one hitter quitter
