  1. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a worse overall special teams performance.
  2. BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHJAJAJAJAHAHHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAJAHJAHAHAHA like I said, kotwica really has his boys performing at an all time high.
  3. That’s it defense. Celebrate when siemien literally handed you the ball.
  4. Woooo Jamison is all in. Who’s the ST coach? Kotwica? He had his boys ready to tank at all costs today! May not be in the right direction but most EFFECTIVE coaching job of the whole season.
  5. Solid job there by St-Stonehands. Not a bad player but SOOOOO ****IN tired of his bull**** antics. He acts so pompous and dude would at best be a 3-4 corner for just about anybody else. Is Forbes out there at all today? That guy should be getting as many reps as possible.
  6. It is sooo perfect that Adam archuletta, of all people, is announcing this game 😂
  7. Unsurprisingly dyami is too dumb to know what’s going on and “accidentally” step into the end zone for a touchback.
  8. Holmes knows what’s up. Two special teams penalties. He’s bought in.
  9. Wooo Pringle knows what’s up. Solid contribution there to our future.
  10. I am so adamantly against us winning because if we do it’ll be a game of total ineptitude by both squads that results in some ugly 13-10 type game that really gives the fans and the players nothing to be excited about or build on, just a scoreboard victory by one terrible team against another. It’ll cost us draft position with nothing in return but a hollow extra tick in the win column.
  11. Ugh. Barring an offensive meltdown where their defense pounds us into oblivion I don’t see how we don’t win. Let’s start Fromm.
  12. Maybe the ring. But dude isn’t getting anywhere near what sweat got. I would bet money he gets a one year prove it deal for maybe $10M. Clowney was a huge bust as well but at this point will still have a far better career than Young but I’m gonna guess Chase will have a similar career where he just bounces around the league but never comes close to sniffing the potential of what people thought he could be. Watching the SF game, I felt like he was only in about half the snaps and when he was the most notable thing he did was miss a sack, lay on the ground forever like Haynesworth and then finally get up and walk toward Hurts as he continued to scramble before throwing it away. Dude is a clown. I’m glad he’s no longer on the team so I can admit he’s an arrogant pos who had one good year and has done nothing since but still acts publicly like he’s as good as it gets rather than trying to convince myself there’s still something there and maybe he’s good.
  13. Well, at least I can smile about this: another week, another statless game for that ****ing bum chase young. What a scrub. Dude has more arrogance than RG3. Can’t wait to see him not get paid in FA.
  14. Ron’s killing it. Achane woulda had a 78 yard TD too on the Hill TD. Glad they went to Hill. My ff team thanks you lol
  15. Hadn’t heard the quote about his specific value of TE which is what I was asking about. Otherwise I generally agree with all you had to say. I still don’t know that I would value bowers at, say, 5 over trading down 5+ picks and likely getting an additional second rounder in a good O line draft. Wouldn’t be super disappointed in either but would probably lean toward trading down for all the reasons I stated. Couldn’t agree more about our skill specific tight end group.
  16. Can you provide a little more insight? Value added offensively with a really good tight end. I’m not discrediting that. What I’m saying is that the likelihood of getting top tier talent falls off more dramatically for marquee positions like OT outside of the high end of the draft and also those positions are usually a lot safer/more transferable from college. And I think most analytics preach trading down because the value and flexibility of adding picks, especially future first rounders is through the roof. Bowers is special. No argument there. And what guys like hockensen, Kelce, etc add to an offense is unquestioned. But I think what can be found day 2 and 3 at that position vs stockpiling at offensive line, especially blue chippers, leans toward linemen. Philly has gotten lucky with guys like mailata but continues to add blue chip talent on both lines and it is a difference maker for them.
  17. I just cannot get on board with the idea of taking a tight end in the top ten no matter how good they are. That’s just not a position that’s valuable enough for that. If one of the top offensive linemen doesn’t meet your criteria for a pick that high then trade down. I’d almost prefer us to trade down no matter what.
  18. Admittedly I’m very ignorant on who the prize winners are that are out there. But in general, anyone associated with Pittsburgh, at least on a surface level, is much more attractive to me than someone from Chicago. Let’s be honest, even though they’re haven’t been in the conversation as a SUPER BOWL contender for several years, we would all kill to have that consistency and to be a franchise as a whole that regardless of injuries or whatever we are just always a tough ass team with one of the best cultures in the entire league. I’ll caveat that by saying I was born in 89 and unfortunately the entirety of my fanhood has been…that short man. So while I acknowledge it I have no sense of legacy with this franchise. So for the more knowledgeable/informed, I accept maybe the Chicago dude is better. Idk. But my ultimate hope is Harris puts us on the path to the kind of league-wide and nationwide well-earned respect that Pittsburgh has. And the fact they always find a way to compete and make the playoffs even when they have an average roster and a garbage qb. It would be nice to just be able to say I’m a fan of X team and not have to give a disclaimer. And to be able to confidently talk about the team I obsess over.
