This team is awesome.
That stonewall from Trez on Valancuinas was ridiculous.

I liked what Casey Toohill did too. Guy got his name brought up on two tackles where he was doing some coverage.
As much as Chase's injury sucks, it's good to see backups come out and play like Offspring.
Had Shaka Toney and Rotimi from the PS out there in the nd half.
Rotimi is an XFL guy and was matched up against Tristan Wirfs for most of his snaps. Tough sledding, looked like he did a good job.

*Orlando has bigs.
Could be a tough game without Beal.

Im still mad Ernie traded the pick that was Jarret Allen. It’s been years and I still hate it.

Jarett Allen good ****ing grief.
Monster dunk over Gafford.

I knew Jackson wasn't healthy all season, he didn't look right out there at any point.

Jacksonville win helps our sucking
Giants win too and Texas/Dolphins were both 1 win teams so someone guaranteed to win. (PHI has MIA's first round pick too)
Pretty good bye week for our draft position.

NBA contracts are ridiculous.
We saved money on the cap by signing Otto to a max deal. -

People keep saying groceries are up but I haven't noticed much of anything. I tend to buy items on sale and only staples at full price if not on sale. The only thing I've seen gone up is energy drinks. Maybe I budget better than the people buying TWELVE gallons of milk a week.
I work in the industry.
Everything is up and there won't be enough for the Holiday season. Our area will get at least 33% less Turkey's this year for example.
Biggest problem besides everything else is an aluminum shortage for cans .
In my area there are shortages on Dog Food items (Castor P), Bottled Water, (San Pel, TopoChico), canned corn, green beans, pumpkin, etc. Again, mainly linked to lack of cans for production.
Anything sourced outside the US has definitely gone up. Generic brands not so much, but try and find some pine-nuts right now, or look at an imported olive oil.
Also products with direct shipping... like Peet's Coffee are definitely going up.
A 10% increase on a can of beans is like 5-20 cents maybe. Most people aren't really going to notice stuff like that.

The education or CRT is the same ****, different hat.
We had posters on this board constantly complaining about the exact same thing like 10 years ago; that their kids were taught to hate their whiteness or something due to liberal education. (not just the MassSkinsFan dude)
As for Youngkin....of course he won. He's out there ruling up the crowd telling them what they want to hear, giving the media **** to cover.
Democrats pretending **** matters is not helping them win elections. No one cares who McAuliffe is other then he's not the MAGA guy. He has no identity, no buzz, no media coverage; just like the Democratic party.

He was my #1 FA want and I could have cried when they tagged him.
I was at the game... Simmons live is clearly the best player on the field.
Dude is awesome and the Bronco fans love him.

What difference does it make? It came from China.
Viruses can come from anywhere. You want to prevent the next one?

b... because he got injured for the first time in 18 years?
Yes.
Injured player = bad football player.

And if he was healthy all season we'd be 4-3. At worst 3-4 but considering the stretch of opponents most wouldn't be overly disappointed.
Ifs and buts.
That's why he's an average QB.

With an average QB this team could very well be 4-3 at this point with the toughest part of their schedule more or less over.
We signed an average QB.
Injured in 1 quarter.

Worst inbound play I've seen... since probably last year lol.
Team keeps winning.
5-1 and first place?

But he hasn't really been injured. He missed two games each of the last two years and played all 16 games the year before that. He did have injuries his first two years but has been mostly healthy recently.
Hmm maybe. But I don't think he's dogging it out there, he's just genuinely lost and confused too much.
Its hard to know player's real injuries.
Jackson played the entire 2019 season with a torn labrum for example.
He's looked pretty terrible all season, it's hard to believe he's been 100% at all.

Based on the coaches begging him to play his style more, I'd say Heinicke told himself to overprotect himself more. And not because of the other QBs, but to secure his spot in the NFL, can't do that from the bench, chances like his for players like him are rare.
That's just coach-speak to the media.
Again, there's no reason to bench Heinicke now. The only argument is Kyle Allen might play better coming off a broken ankle.
If you want to see the backup, you'll see the backup guaranteed whether Taylor bombs a game or injures himself.
If you force it we're going to be outta QBs by the end of the season and we won't have a Kyle Allen to play.
-

Noting your primary arguement here is Kyle could get hurt again. This is football, we shouldn't be afraid of that, the concern was Taylor could get hurt, but now that's magically gone away. Can't have cake and eat it, too.
Yea, based on how he plays football.
Have you watched Kyle Allen play? He takes a lot of hits and he's coming off a nasty ankle injury. (caused by him taking a big hit)
The concern is for both QBs. Who do you think told Heinicke to protect himself more? That was obv. a coaching decision because Fitz is in bad shape and Allen is coming off injury.
-
There is no reason to prematurely bench Heinicke.
Just like the start of the season with Fitzpatrick, the backup QB is going to see time regardless. Whether due to injury, game-flow, performance, whatever.
Kyle Allen has a problem avoiding pressure and taking big hits. He can out-perform Heinicke in the short term maybe. What happens if he goes down? He's coming off a nasty injury.
Then we'll be down to just Heinicke and Fitzpatrick on crutches. We'll be signing a QB off the street again.
The backup QB will get plenty of chances on this team.
