I think we end the year at 11th or 12th in the east, in year 6 of the John Wall era rebuild. What a disaster. It is so depressing to watch a team like Boston go on a multi-year championship run. Completely rebuild their roster in 3 years. Bring in a new coach. Gather young talent. Aquire draft picks. Meanwhile, we keep on our 10 year plan. It is embarrassing.

Tonight's lineup is going to be amazing.

It's amazing how quickly this got depressing. It's not even DECEMBER and I am already sad. Not even looking forward to the Cleveland game. At all. I went from thinking we would finally compete for a top 3 seed and have a REAL shot at KD with an ECF appearance to now, a few weeks in, praying we make it at all and realizing we have no shot at KD with our **** show team. KD is not leaving to come here. Ever. ****.

Just an FYI - DirectTV has a ridiculous deal for college students for the streaming Sunday Ticket package. It is pretty amazing. And you don't need to get DirectTV. $99 for NFL Sunday Ticket Max. You can stream games via Xbox, PS, Roku, Iphone, Ipad, computer - really anything. Usually, this package costs something like $279 and you have to prove you can't get DirectTV. For this, you don't have to prove anything, just need to be a "student" and that is it... I used my wife;s grad school edu email address. Quick approval. Had it for today's games. Amazing.

Started American Horror story several weeks back. I am about to wrap-up the second season. Good stuff.

Of course ther are more good than bad cops. But a small percentage of bad cops with a large amount of power can cause big ****ing problems. Police abusing power - especially with minorities - is not new. It is just that on in recent years with rapid advancements in personal video technology has it been exposed on this level. The crazy part - this is how rouge cops act knowing they are ON CAMERA. Just imagine what was happening a hurt 5+ or more year ago. Terrifying.

My gut says she did kill herself - but it should be fully investigated to rule out any foul play of course. The frustrating part is the arrest. She was being rude - but that happens. As a cop you can't escalate a situation because someone is a dick to you. You just can't. You got to smile and take it. He should have torn up his warning. Written her a ticket and then got in his car.

Unlike the golden days before Obamacare when all insurance plans were simple, easy, affordable, and covered everything! ACA plans are absolutely complicated. I have been researching them a lot for my wife starting end of next month. There are a ton of rules and fine print and finding the right plan for her will take me several hours of research and number crunching. But so are 99.9% of ALL health care plans. I have insurance through my employer. Every time something comes up - I am constantly having to read the fine print, call some 1-800 number, sit on hold, ask a hundred questions and figure out my coverage and costs for procedures and care. The terms of coverage for my private plan is 30+ pages long. If your complaint is that the system is too complicated. I agree. But that is nothing new. That is a problem with our ****ty overall system.

Ironically, huge victory for Republicans. The worst kept secret in Washington is that is many Republicans were terrified of the subsidies being gutted. Today they can just release a press release attack ACA and not have to do anything.

Ruling wasn't extended 2 days, they just didn't release it today, which wasn't really surprising. It will be either Thursday or next Monday. My guess is Thursday with gay marriage on Monday.

Had my first Kidney Stone this year. Absolutely brutal. I remind my wife that it is considered more painful than childbirth.... She doesn't appreciate that.
