I think this team can still be in the fight for this Division in the end. They just have to keep getting better every week, starting Sunday with Da Bears. They just can't dig themselves a hole so deep by the time they do start firing on all cylinders it's too late.

The bottom line, is that you do not have the "right" to not be offended in this country. Something offends everybody. I'm offended by the term "Fighting Irish," which in my mind paints all irish as drunk leprechauns getting into bar fights. I DEMAND they change their name!

As I said in the BIG THREAD on the name change in the Tailgate Section, unless and until an Indian Tribe steps up and is willing to say, "We not only don't dislike the team's nickname -- we think it's pretty cool," we're gonna have to go through this stupid little melodrama on an ongoing basis. Unfortunately.

If the Redskins are going to have a chance against Dallas, the bottom line is they are going to have to be much MUCH better in every facet of the game than they have been thus far this season. I believe, but they have to go out there and perform. Have a great week of practice, and go down there and get it done!

Feeling a lot like I did during the bye week last year. Hoping the results from here out are similar.

1 down...15 to go. The only thing for sure at this point, is that the Redskins won't go undefeated this year, that's about all it means.

The problem we seem to have now, is unlike his father...nobody really knows what is making the son tick. Nobody knows how far he will go, or how much of all this is just posturing and sabre rattling. He might honestly be crazy enough to start a war.

We were exactly 5-6 with 5 games left in 2005 also. The result? 10-6 and paloffs baby! Anything is possible. ---------- Post added November-22nd-2012 at 09:35 PM ---------- Definately not me. I expected better overall play, but I never would have expected the team to catch fire like this. You get the sense they are really believing in themselves right now.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but Larry Michael said on "Redskins Nation" on Tuesday that the team would likely be announcing an 80th Alternative Uniform on May 10th, along with various other 80th anniversary items of interest. I don't have a link, but I watch the show pretty much everyday.

is it just me, or does Brian look bigger with that uni on? Or has he been hitting the weights harder. The dude looks jacked up....even more than usual.

Personally, I would love to see them bring back a version of the 70th. I love the darker, old-school burgundy and gold. That was a really cool looking uniform. Edit: Combined with that helmet logo up above. A change wouldn't be a bad idea.

They still have the most "talented" team in the NFL. I mean can't you see all the "talent" they have. I mean they are so "talented." The most "talented" team out there right now...I'm serious about their "talent." I mean, we are talking about "talent" man "talent." This is a Redskins message board, but we are talking about the "TALENTED" Cowboys. I mean they are so "talented" can you believe their "talent." They are a bunch of "talented" play makers. They are 1-5, but at least they are "talented." What a "talented" team they are. America's "talented" team...the "talented" Dallas Cowboys.

I'm coming up on 6 years as a member this month, and I couldn't imagine my Redskins "experience" as it were without Extremeskins. Thanks to those who put this thing together. -

You know what's really sad/funny about that picture. My old roommate, who is still a very good friend of mine...his computer room looks almost identical, except the coke bottles would be pepsi bottles. :laugh:
