what?? Lance is no where near the QB that Daniels is. Give me a break. You’re going to put Daniels worst game as his highlight reel. FSU defense shut him down in the second half but LSU was driving up and down the field at will in the first half and should’ve been up comfortably at half. How about you share some Jayden highlights from other games? educate yourself with this:

JJ is a poor man’s Daniel Jones. Whatever GM is dumb enough to draft him the first round is likely going to get fired in the next 3-4 years lol

I just don’t see Jayden failing at the next level outside of having it derailed by injuries. And yeah LSU has an elite S&C program but every player bulks up once they get to the NFL and that’s what I mean by that. I trust S&C will get him to where he needs to be for some of the wear and tear of the league. I think he is going to interview extremely well at the combine and ends up running a sub 4.4 which starts the first overall talk a little. He is as humble as they come.

Fields is absolute TRASH. He has legit accuracy issues. So depressing if that bum is brought to Washington.

If this team drafts Marvin at 2 with these 3 QBs, welll…I don’t even think my brain could fathom that. It would be so incredibly stupid. Marvin is an elite receiver but he isn’t some generational talent at WR. It could be argued he isn’t even the best WR in this draft. If this team trades up to one with a kings ransom or drafts Marvin at 2, it’ll show we are living in a replay of the last 30 years. old regime tries to stack Bama players on defense and new regime tries to stack OSU players on offense

I only watch every LSU game. anyway I’ve said my piece with regards to Jayden and realize it probably has come off as pompous, but I’m legit stoked for the possibility we may get him and think he can be the franchise QB this team has been looking for the last 30+ years. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but there are some false narratives being thrown around.

it is not wrong. Jayden had ZERO interceptions….again, ZERO under pressure this season. He knew the perfect times to run too. He’s not quite as calm as Burrow, but the big moments never phased him. He is extremely calm. People just making up stuff in this thread. Unbelievable.

Daniels is completely calm under pressure too and has the accuracy/release to be elite at the next level. He’s improved every single season. Yes he has to get better at protecting himself because he will not survive trying to play Superman at the next level so he had to add some lbs but I trust a NFL strength and conditioning program to get him where he needs to be. Clown on me all y’all want but even if I weren’t a LSU alum, Jayden still had a historic season and has all the tools to succeed at the next level. I think Maye will be elite too. Penix is Mr. Glass unfortunately. I think Bo, JJ, and Caleb all end up being busts. Look forward to revisiting this thread in the future. Joe Sloan is going to turn Nussmeier into the next great QB too which is wild considering how terrible the stretch of LSU QBs had been for years. Jayden will be a better Lamar that can actually pass.

Jayden will be the best QB out of this draft. You can bookmark this post. A guy with SoCal sticking up for Caleb! And I’m still thinking JD may get himself drafted 1st overall after the combine. JJ is a poor man’s Daniel Jones. Anyone drafting him in the first is throwing their pick away.

That’s the thing, this front office put all their eggs in the Ben Johnson basket which is a major red flag. They seemingly had no back up plan and got left standing at the altar. I’m assuming he got a 5 year deal. He won’t make it past 3 years.

Quinn didn’t hire Kyle Shanahan. Kyle was hired by the Falcons a few weeks before they hired Quinn. Quinn also didn’t promote LaFleur when Kyle left and he let LaFleur leave for the Rams where they had I think the top ranked offense in the league under LaFleur.

This front office and ownership got absolutely played, like they have since the early 90s. All I know is pain with this franchise. My first memory isn’t even the SB win against the Bills. It’s a 3-0 loss to the Jets at home

What defensive minded head coaches have won the SB since Bill beat Quinn? 0. Going on 7 years now, times are changing. This franchise continues to trail behind.

It’s just hilarious and really sad that this team didn’t learn from having Kyle, McVay, McDaniel, Slowik, and LaFleur in the building. The blueprint is right there to be successful in the new age NFL and they go and hire a retread. It absolutely is uninspired.

Yeah if we hired Quinn as our DC it would be a great hire. No arguments there.
