  1. I was unhappy to experience this. I was paying $5/mo for 300 mps with the program. It's regularly $35/mo. I had to cut my service to 150 mps for $20/mo. With that speed, I didn't have service in my bedroom, so I bought a 50 ft Ethernet cable for $8 and wired my modem to the Amazon box and that works. It's going to really hurt my budget when my rent and Medicare supplement insurance increases next month.
  2. So a bipartisan group got together and gave the MAGAts everything they wanted in an immigration bill and the MAGAts refused to move it to the House floor to vote because their cult leader wants to run on immigration as a campaign issue and not give Democrats something to campaign on. WTF was that? This is what Republicans always do instead of fixing problems for We the People.
  3. Poor puppy. I'm constantly looking out for Dancer. Right now I only walk her in familiar places. Across the road they cleared a huge lot to build a small shopping place. I'm constantly looking for rattlesnakes too.
  4. He was a Black man (actually half Black half White) who had the nerve to run for president and actually win. That's why.
  5. I think if the judge doesn't impose prison sentence, and the defence lawyers don't submit any cogent grounds to be granted a positive outcome for the appeal like another trial or such, the jury's conviction will stand as will the sentence.
  6. This is a state conviction. It has to go up through the state courts appeal process. Whether it ever gets to the supremes is not a given.
  7. Which election, Megyn? This was before 2016. He won. He lost 2020. He's going to lose 2024. People have had enough of him.
  8. As before: probation for X time, fines, I hope community service. Maybe he'll learn something. Also, without prison sentence, I don't think his appeal goes very far.
  9. I think that jury instructions that said prison isn't a mandatory sentence was the kicker. They could determine guilt and any sentence could be imposed.
  10. Felony conviction is what counts. Probation and community service is a correct punishment. Something helping find housing for homeless people for 24 months is appropriate. He can even continue doing this big time if he's president again.
