SantanaClaus89
I know, but 9% is pathetic... surely we can have a better showing than that...
TankRizzo
Apparently, people on here aren't the only ones not impressed w/ the 22/22 record  9% is pretty sad

XxSpearheadxX
That is so lame that Clinton doesn't get credit for that 76 yard run. He had such a better game than any of those guys. And he did it in one half of football.
riggins44
done and will vote again when get home
bbuzz1962
Apparently, people on here aren't the only ones not impressed w/ the 22/22 record  9% is pretty sad Agreed. I cannot believe anyone is giving him his just due for this record. I mean, come on football fans. How do you not recognize this is a great accomplishment. They are more impressed by an old guy who has a decent game against a lousy team. Anyway, he, in my opinion, deserves a great deal of credit for breaking a very old record, and to think no one else in the NFL has ever done this, is well, enough said. Great job Mark, you show em. dfbovey
Don't really think he deserves it. Sorry.

georgiaredskin
Did anyone notice how tiny Brunell's head looks in that picture compared to the other guys, and his own body? I'm proud of ya Mark!
The Rook
Wasn't that record like only 4 years old? Yes it was. BUT Gannon broke Ken Anderson's record from 1983. :helmet: http://www.hickoksports.com/history/nflstreaks.shtml#cpcomp :helmet:
SantanaClaus89
They are more impressed by an old guy who has a decent game against a lousy team. Repeat that sentence to yourself and think about it for a second...
CM916
That site doesnt even mention that he broke a record. I doubt it but that might have drawn some attention away from Favre's 400th TD.

jnhay
The description they give of his performance is pretty bad. If they stated that he broke the NFL record with 22 consecutive passes, I think he'd have more votes.
DieselPwr44
It's only 9% because people can't decide whether Mark's performance was air or ground so they really don't know how to vote................
worstSeat
Repeat that sentence to yourself and think about it for a second... Touche. By the way, looks like you can vote more than once. Perhaps I'll write some script to keep voting Brunell and get it up to, oh, 9.5.

desioreo87
How do you expect everyone else to vote for MB when half the people on this site think his accomplishment is hardly noteworthy seeing as the method of how he obtained it. I'm not gonna vote for brunell cause he doesn't deserve it. I know, I know i sound like a brunell hater but be honest that performance wasnt anything special. And that quote by bbuzz says it all "they are more impressed by an old guy with a decent performance against a lousy team".

CM916
Come one now, when you do 15 or so backfield passes like that, one of them is bound to fail and lets not forget that even one of his throw-aways was caught by Randel El. I doubt the original record holder threw 21 deep balls either.
