Ernie5
You can understand them picking no Skins, though. I mean, that defense was just TERRIBLE!
JonBlaze
wow, Champ got 1st team. If that's what all pro CBs do, maybe we don't want them?
Skins4SB
I'm actually suprised Tupa didn't get a vote. If it weren't for his punting during the "Brunell Era" our defense would have even more pressure.

All I can do is laugh at how everyone here is so blind. He doesn't become All-Pro and a Pro Bowler for no reason at all. The Skins did not get screwed at any position here. Some Eagle fans I spoke with felt Lito is overrated right now with all this praise he's been getting. They felt Sheldon Brown was the better of the two. That's why I asked what exactly made Lito's year so great. I wasn't being sarcastic, I really want to know since I didnt watch every Eagle game like I watched the Redskins. I will say that Shawn Springs had one of the more impressive seasons for a CB I've seen in a while. I did see Lito take 2 INTs to the house, that's always helpful for getting the type of recognition he's getting.

Where Sheldon plays with less risk. It's rare to see either get burned, but Lito seems to come up with huge plays. The Eagles could possibly have the best group of CB's in the league for the next 7 years, scary.
JonBlaze
yeah, it looks like the people who thought the Eagles were crazy a couple years ago for drafting corners early were wrong. That's good planning and drafting by the Eagles front office. I can only hope the Redskins can look ahead that far, but that's unlikely.
Westbrook36
Seriously, how many All Pro teams, end of year teams by sportswriters, and ProBowl berths do Lito and Sheldon have to accumulate before you guys actually realize that they are both great? NoCalMike
When your team is 14-2 you are going to get a lot of favors as far as these lists go, as opposed to a team with a 6-10 record, a player would practically have to break a record to get any notice. I watched a few Monday Night games out there. The Eagles/Minn game, I was the guy making all the noise wearing an authentic white TO jersey. We should watch a playoff game or something. Maybe the Eagles divisional game.
Walking Deadman
No Redskins?? WTF?! No D. This is all about the record then. And why Ray Lewis??? Ray is great, but he has had a non-Ray Lewis year (by many still a good year) and the Ravens struggled on D (not usual) as well.

Dirk Diggler
HeHateMe There are less idiots voting for All-Pro than the Pro Bowl, that's for sure. But it doesn't mean there aren't ANY idiots, period. Peter King has a vote, nuff said. I suppose the All-Pro is the best we've got but it doesn't mean it's perfect.
