SRBFan
I couldn't believe the list of teams interested in this pile: Saints, Packers, Bucs, Lions and Giants (as of now). Seems there are teams even more desperate for help along the DL than we are. Just damn glad we're NOT on that list...

rfdc
you gotta' love a guy that claims he did all he could here, then not even a full month later after leaving and Marty telling him to step off, he says he "took plays off". Why wasn't that news and why do you think Marty said no way to his outrageous contract! Bryant Young and Stubbafield at one point were a tandem, but as time went by Young's game diminished and injuries hurt him and Stubby became a traveling snake oil salesman. Look out NY, he's all gloss and no substance, except at training camp where he's had some HUGE games! then quitely disappears by November

Tom [Giants fan]
Actually, the Giants made a few interesting signings. And I doubt Stubblefield will be one any time soon. I don't think he would be able to work hard enough for Coughlin. rfdc
Good point Tom - Steele signing is a STEAL. He was part of the rotation in Tennessee that played with gusto. Helping bringing Kearse's game back. His attitude towards being a role player is good, considering he'd still like to start, so that was a good scoop. We have an equal player from American Samoa, geez, forgot his name, that was on the same Tennessee team, but with Greg Williams, when he was DC. good grab for your Gints! boozeman3
You guys crack me up. Yet another player who took millions from Snyder...did not pan out and you all sit around and rag mercilessly on the guy. It is not Dana Stubblefield's fault Snyder collects big name football like bubble gum cards... Got 'em, need 'em, need 'em, got 'em....
@DCGoldPants
he was signed before Snyder owned the team dude. Like 97 or 98. Its not Snyders fault that you didn't know this.

@DCGoldPants
too late You had it and you blew. This ain't baseball! One Strike Only! We can talk about Chad Hutchinson and Joey Galloway until we're blue in the face...it won't do us any good. The fact is Parcells is there for at least another year until his health and/or stress forces him to retire before his contract is up.....again. So, you're in great hands. cheers! parkboy22
Stubby sucked just like a stubbed toe....he sucked. And the eagles are not going to the NFC championship game for a 4th year to lose....but if they do...that makes them worse than the buffalo bills... losing the championship game 4 years in a row....what a great thing to say about a team...whoo hoooo....Eagles suck and their fans are about as smart as brick sandwiches...skins and dallas battle for 1st, eagles get 3rd, and giants last this year...im sticking to it... The Rook
Thank God the FO doesn't read some of the dire DL posts that are put on our site - they may think we have to have Stubby.

Just because Norval spurned his advice doesn't mean an easygoing type like Coughlin would. Don'tcha think?

MidPennSkin
Hey, the Lions are interested in Stubby. They could put back together that infamous pair, Big Daddy & Stubby. What a combo! The SB is within their grasp.
