Oldskool Posted May 19, 2004 Share Posted May 19, 2004 Steelers | Gildon Has No Takers, Will Be Released After June 1 - from www.KFFL.com Wed, 19 May 2004 11:31:50 -0700 Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the Pittsburgh Steelers found no takers in an attempt to trade LB Jason Gildon and will release him after June 1. By releasing him, the Steelers will be relieved of Gildon's $3.65 million salary and he will count $1.3 million against their salary cap in 2004.
