Art
Six days is all it takes to miss the Cal winning MVP in the All-Star game, the Caps getting Jagr, the Bullets signing the Answering Machine, Laettner and Brown, and the Skins driving Deion into the ground. NEVER take vacation and do it in a place where there are no televisions.
redman
See Art, the sporting world turns upside down when you're away. ------------------ "Loosen up, Sandy baby. Art
I'm even wondering if the Bullets might not be totally awful this year afterall. I like bring Laettner back and Lue is not great, but, gives quality depth at point guard. If I ever get through my 700 e-mails, I may start thinking all is right with the world . ------------------ Doom is in the box.
bulldog
yeah, I know the feeling. I watched Game 1 of the NBA Finals on a Liner in the Aegean with Turkish announcers and updates on German news television
Zen-like Todd
Oh man, I love the Lue signing. As long as he gives up the rock every so often, we'll be fine. At the 2, we have more than enough offense, but the Defense of your typical kitchen sieve. Lue plays uptempo, energetic D, and will be a very good fit for this team. As for Laettner, I see the production of juwanji, without the enormous price tag. In fact, he plays much more aggresively, which is cool with me. Lez Boulez plays a summer league game tonight at 8, and its televised on ESPN. It'll be the first chance most of us will have to see Kwame in action. KMP
I'm goping on vacation in 2 weeks. Thank God there's television in Delaware to catch the Rams/Dolphins HOF Game. I'll be back in D.C. for the Redskins first preseason game against the Chiefs on the 12th. ------------------
NavyDave
My other half wants us to go overseas and visit her maternal grand parents so I am pushing for doing it this weekend so the weather is still nice and of course not miss any football scrimmages. I guess everyone will be watching Kwame on ESPN 2nite that is until son of a beach comes on ------------------ Dave

Henry
Heh heh. I was on vacation last week as well. Didn't hear about Jagr until two days after the fact. Next time my wife won't forget her laptop's modem cable. ------------------ TOUCHDOWN, Washington Redskins!
