Zen-like Todd
Since this forum doesnt have a polling system (ahem...), please post the name of our Starting QB for next year. Just a name, no explanations, no scenarios, no sentences. Just a name. Some examples (both realistic and far-fetched): Tony Banks Kent Graham Sage Rosenfels Drew Bledsoe Trent Dilfer Troy Aikman Todd Boumann Ray Lucas David Carr Joey Harrington Kurt Kittner Jeff Blake btw, apparently anyone picking up Drew Bledsoe is going to have to pay about $5 million a year for three years, and then have an option that they can excercise at that point. So the contract isnt all that big. [ by TheChosenOne on December 30, 2001.]
bulldog
Mark Brunell. Marty leaves and we get a new HC.

Guest fuji869
I think either Bledsoe or Dilfer. Maybe Sage but that is a very long shot!
pga
Just kidd'in! Looks like Bledsoe will be a Bear if he's not still a Patriot. Maybe when Dilfer has a good couple games to finish the year then we would really think about him?
Zen-like Todd
Yo people, I said just a name! Drew Bledsoe.
Guest fuji869
Would that be ironic if we got Trent Dilfer, Considering that we had a choice between him and Heath Shuler in the 1994 Draft?
bulldog
didn't we also have a chance to acquire him this past offseason for $1 million or under? yeah, just keep repeating over and over to yourself that we don't need a GM, maybe after awhile the power of faith will make it so
Mickalino
It's a tossup between Steve DeBerg and Gino Toretta. You know that after taking a few years off, their arms are going to be VERY fresh, and ready to throw.
2cents
You're right Bulldog...of course we didn't get Dilfer because we were afraid it would upset George, great move by our GM. We cared about George's feelings because......
Guest B&G
Either Jeff Blake or Steve Beurlein. Both would be best. Send Sage to NFLE. Keep Graham as backup. [ by B&G on December 30, 2001.]

88Comrade2000
He's Tony Banks, just kidding. He's Marty's Son: Brian. Yes, Marty says not only can he coach qb's but he can be one too. Actually I say it will be Trent Dilfer or Jeff Blake.

mardi gras skin
Mark Brunell. The only guy worth spending a wad on.
Cskin
Dilfer & Miller. Both are signed to compete for the starting job, with Dilfer getting the nod.
Darth Tater
What I like about Dilfer is that he seems to want to win. He has strong self-confidence but also seems to have a good personality. Oh, and he comes from Tampa Bay, so you know he'll be good now that he's out of there Brunell is my dream FA but I really don't think we can get him. What else do the Jags have? Problem with Banks is that he seems to lack confidence. When your in short yardage situations, the call should be Davis. Even then, shouldn't you be able to pick a play? If you still aren't sure, just run a bootleg run.
