Other names mentioned for that opening include former Bears coach Dick Jauron and former Cardinals coach Dave McGinnis." I dont know about you guys but I dont think Gregg Williams is worth anything. I like McGinnis because he gets the best of his players, and Jauron does to an extent. I think we need to think outside these three guys though. Well the Bills were the 2nd ranked defense last year and in 2000 when everyone creamed intheir shorts over the Ratbirds D, Willams led TN to the #1 ranking.
