NoCalMike
the safety issue argument is a joke. Out here when I go to A's game, my and my friends always find a nice little spot somwhere approx 1/4 mile away from the stadium to park along with about 10,000 others who can't afford to pay for parking, and just walk. We even have to walk across two freeway entrances to get to the stadium, and as long as you have eyes & ears that work, you will be safe.
RF4L
What an awful situation. You guys are paying huge $ and putting up with major crap, to see one of the worst products in the league. Something is not right about that. Why don't you boycott?
Dan T.
Worse than boycotting is the indifference shown by many, many season ticket holders, who sell their tickets. Hence, the large numbers of Cowboys fans - or Eagles fans - or Giants fans - who end up in the stands.
gridironmike
And then the fireworks begin. The blue and silver morons were on parade last week. We had a verbal and near physical altercation in the parking lot when we were getting ready to hit the stadium. Then my dad was politely escorted out for having words with a wormy little bastage in the second quarter. I raised hell with the ushers and security overthe fact that we are there all the time and he scalped his ticket and will never be back. He ruined it for a season ticket holder. Opposing fans can steer clear of me next time I hit the FedEx lots and stadium. I can take some loose verbal sparring, but I won't take fans up in my face any longer. Such is NOT the case.
sonsofwashington
Originally posted by jbooma The arguement here is over having to take the shuttle, does it cost money to ride the shuttle or is it free?? If you are pretty buzzed before the game why would you want to walk anyway??? IMO the shuttle is almost a better way to get out of the stadium. It takes you to an isolated parking lot that easier to get out of then the stadium parking because of less people. The shuttles also have their own lane exiting the stadium so you dont get stuck behind a domino of cars. STILL HAVE NOT FOUND ESCALATORS AT FEDEX. I THINK SOMEONE IF PHUCKIN WITH ME. 70Chip
There is only one escalator to the upper deck in the entire stadium. It is by Gate A. Fortunately, it is also almost immediately by my section.
