KirkNC
Why were the Redskins a 30 point offense at the start of the year but as of the Bill's game a 3 point offense? Is it poor play call? Is the fall on the players lack of skill? Injuries? Lack of desire? Whatever it is I think the O shares the larger share of blame for losing the last three games. The D while not wonderful has not gone into the ****ter, yet the O is at best keeping it's head out of the funk by hanging onto a floater. Is the funk fixed? If not the season is going to be flushed Sunday.

GB81
The Jets and Falcons defenses have distinguished themselves as being really God awful. The Pats defense was missing 7guys, if memory serves. That helped. And the Bucs and Giants defenses have been playing very well as of late.
Om
Fact is, our scoring output this year has been mediocre at best. We’ve scored 16, 33, 21, 20, 25, 13 and 7. 19 points a game might be okay on average, but you’d better have a damn solid D if you plan to play above .500 ball that way. We’ve given up 13, 31, 24,17, 27, 35 and 24. So ... we’re losing games 24.4 to 19.2. Somehow, we’ve got to come up with 5.21 points per game. Awesome
That Bills game was a dispicable display of offense by the Redskins. No idea why, but they simply could not do anything right. Let's hope that game serves to be the exception this year and the Offense gets back on track for the last nine games of the year b/c seriously, I can't watch much more of that kind of play. Yes and add to that the drive killing penalties..... during the Bucs game Daryl Johnson broke down our offensive production to penalty yards and surprisingly we had more yds against us in penalties than Coles had receiving, and what Trung, Betts had in combined rushing yds. one reason why our points per game is low can also be attributed to the penalty yds per game we are loosing as well as poor play .... I have the exact breakdown on tape i'll post it later when i get home

He is balzout ready to get back to his style, and die by it if need be (or Ramsey killed by it!). So...the better offensive games may have been more along the lines of the Fun 'n' Gun, and the latter games have been more adjustments. LET "ER RIP STEVE! MadMonkey
Here is a breakdown of the Redskins total yards lost on penalties as of the beginning of the Bills game Yard lost on Penalties-653 yds Total rushing- 645 yds Coles Receiving yds- 573 yds Due to most of these penalties the Redskins have been either knocked out of scoring position and two given other teams 2nd and 3rd chances to score td's instead of forcing field goals and of course the lack of protection for Ramsey is just killing drives and any chance of putting up points

Symbol
Hey, at least the Redskins are #1 in something, we're the #1 penalized team in the entire National Football League... Wait, this may be one of the reasons we can't score.
Leonard Washington
i was particularly disspointed with our offense in the last game. the deep ball was there ALL DAY LONG and we only took 3/4 shots. 1 of them was a long completion (fumbled at the 1), 1 was a TD catch, and the others were finger tip drops. from the way the bills were playing we should have taken a shot at LEAST every series. teams blitz us all day long and we are going to have to start making them pay. our 5 olineman,TE and RB are going to have prepared to block 5/6 people coming every passing play. Our 7 on 5/6 defensive players should be a matchup we win most of the game.
