RedskinsNation
Just wondering if anyone has taken the PMP exam and what methods of studying/guides you recommend using? I'm still in the process of logging experience hours which is exhausting but want to prepare for the test and I'm not sure how the best way to go about it is. Looking for any good or bad feedback, thanks!
Grizz
I am currently taking the Prep class for it. Read the PMBOK cover to cover and get the Rita Mulcahy pmp exam prep book, Learn the process's by heart and you shouldn't have a problem
RedskinsNation
Im taking the class April 8th and my PMBOK should arrive any day. Some of the verbiage & concepts are common sense and most of the material/terminology seems like things I would rarely use in the real world. Ned Flanders
I am going to study and take the exam as well. I am waiting for Rita's PMP course in a box 7th edition to release first.
Corcaigh
Just to clarify ... passing a PMP exam does not license you to do anything. At least I hope not. :pfft: It's a certification/credential.

Some of the worst PM's I've had the displeasure to work with were PMP certified.
