Califan007 The Constipated
When you turn Rodgers, Romo sits to pee, Vick, Brady upside down, their entire team loses its playstyle. Rex Grossman is already upside down... :ols:
steve09ru
Just a little tid bit for everyone that is saying the Giants were off that game or the Redskins just got lucky here : Last 5 seasons Redskins results against teams that were in the NFC Championship - 2007 - We split with the Giants & lost to the Packers by 3, 2008 - beat AZ & swept Philly 2009 - lost to the Saints by 3 & didn't play the Vikes 2010 - beat the Packers & Bears in 2010 by 3 2011 - swept the Giants & lost to the 49ers by 8 (with Beck) Overall record - 8-4 with average loss by 5 pts. Teams don't consistently get "lucky" or consistently face a team that was "off"
Big Blue Joe
Teams don't consistently get "lucky" or consistently face a team that was "off"Wouldn't that be more likely to happen with teams that are consistently bad?
Califan007 The Constipated
Wouldn't that be more likely to happen with teams that are consistently bad? Wouldn't what be more likely to happen to consistently bad teams?...Regularly getting "lucky" and catching good teams on "off" days? lol... Compare what was posted above to how the Lions did over that same timespan (not including this season): 2007 - Lost to the Giants & got swept by the Packers by 11 and 24 points, 2008 - Didn't play either AZ or Philly 2009 - lost to the Saints by 18 & got swept by the Vikes by 14 and 17 points 2010 - Got swept by the Bears and split with the Packers (game they won was when Matt Flynn was playing) Total record: 1-9 during those "consistently bad" seasons... The Skins haven't been a good team over that timespan, but they definitely have played well against those good NFC teams that end up making it to the Conference Championship Game and the Super Bowl.
