TheLandryHat.com: Rob Ryan, Your Defense Sucks!

Recommended Posts

Cowboy fan ignorance at it's finest ahahahah. Even when he's trying to bash his own team he still sounds stupid.

Funny, Redskins people lashed out at the owner for awhile until he made a change and took his hands off. Cowboys people lash out on Wade, Tony, Jason, Rob etc. Over and over and over, every year, barely every suggesting Jerry could be the problem. You'll hear it sometimes, but mostly they just hate all the pieces on their team.

Oh, you're the 'dallas freaking cowboys'? You mean the team that's been about as successful (superbowl/playoff wise) as any other bad team the last decade? Never fails, these people just think they deserve the superbowl because they're 'freaking dallas'. Hilarious. How great is it that the current champions, and threatening to repeat are nice and humble, with a nice humble town and fanbase behind them. May the Cowboys never ever get the right to brag about anything ever again because for ****s sake they already brag about doing nothing.

LOL, I told my wife the same thing last week against the Pats..she kept saying on the last drive, "we're gonna tie it!.."

Those are the misinformed fans lol. The ones that still have hope that our faithful teams won't choke.

UNREAL

•Mike Jenkins (35 of 86 snaps, +1.0) missed a lot of playing time on Sunday, but allowed only one reception on four targets and had a pass defensed.

•Alan Ball (32/86 snaps, -0.9) came in for Jenkins, defended one pass and allowed receptions on the three other balls thrown his way, including the deep post to Nicks for 64 yards.

•Terence Newman (76/86, -1.7) was targeted 10 times and only allowed four receptions, which is actually a pretty good percentage for a corner. The problem is that he allowed the following three passes: a 15-yard reception to Manningham on 4th-and-3 to the Dallas 22 that ultimately led to a TD; a 24 yard to Nicks that set up the Giants at the Dallas 8 for another TD; an 11 yard pass to Nicks to the Dallas 27 that again set up a TD.

•Orlando Scandrick (67/86, -2.5). Five targets, four receptions. One penalty. That'll get you a bad grade despite five tackles and a pressure.

•Gerald Sensabaugh (85/86, -0.6). Defensive Pass Interference (initially falsely called on Jenkins) on 3rd-and-7 at the Dallas 9 sets up a first down and a TD for the Giants. Apart from that, he had a positive overall grade

•Abram Elam (84/86, -2.2) simply didn't have a very good day.

It was good to see Ware called for being offside last night. He is continually in the neutral zone and they never seem to call it.

Yeah, poor Chris Samuels had to deal with him getting a sack every time we played by jumping offsides and not getting called for it. He always got the benefit of the doubt, which made it so easy for him.
