SWFLSkins
If this team goes out and gives Namdi $40 million in guaranteed money to play cornerback, I am going to scream  Sorry bulldog, but get your skirt ready...... I think it happens, otherwise they would have signed Los back already, IMO. The Redskins are not going to enter this year without a permier corner opposite Hall. bulldog
Hopefully the Eagles will make that mistake. They have a glaring need at cornerback and seem eager for the first time to actually try and use their resources to win now. That is usually when a team makes a decision they come to regret

GO HAMSKINS
(Hypothetically speaking) Say we cut Big Al, Philly signs Al, and he becomes one of the most dominant Defensive linemen in the NFL again. How are we going to deal with that?
bulldog
How about Darren Howard? I agree the Eagles haven't made too many big mistakes with cap dollars overall, but some of that frugality might have cost your team a Super Bowl in the 2000's. Better to go 14-2 and win the Super Bowl and have to jettison some players due to the cap, then reap draft picks for years and be a contender but never win the title. DC9
Big spenders? Of course. We have to meet the floor and we're well under the cap. Great investigative journalism.....lol. Califan007 The Constipated
Yeah, we're really breaking the banks so far for big names like Clemens and Stallworth. Right as usual, Banks.
