This new administration was not responsible for the lack of development at the position through most of his last decade. Well, let me rephrase they weren't responsible at all. Its week 3. Their plan is still unfolding. Devin Thomas is the reason we won our first game. His kick returns stretched the field and put our offense and great position throughout the game.
