hail2skins
I noticed that the Philly-Dallas game next week was moved to 4:15, but I think it would've been better to have put it in the prime time slot. Is this the New York bias coming into effect? Cincy really has nothing to play for in that game.

Cincy will not play their starters since they do not get a bye week. There is no difference between the 3 or 4 seed and they will be one of those. Prepare for a lot of tributes to Giants stadium since it will be the last game ever played there. That may have played into their decision. zeroburrito
i think the cowboys hit the 6 game mark for primetime games.
THUNDERDOME
Didn't they already play on SNF? Can't do it twice.
Bubble Screen
Didn't they already play on SNF?Can't do it twice. That's incorrect. The Steelers have played at least twice on SNF (Chargers & Ravens). Edit: Oh, you meant the SAME two teams.
Chris0894
Didn't they already play on SNF?Can't do it twice. not real sure but why wouldn't you be able to have more then one SNF if you can have two sometimes even three MNF games?
Slacky McSlackAss
Fox and CBS can protect 1 game each week during flex scheduling(weeks 11-17), so FOX picked the Eagles Cowboys game. Leaving SNF to take the most interesting match up left.

Leaving SNF to take the most interesting match up left. From what I heard, nothing was protected for week 17. nbc could take any game they wanted. I'm guessing they wanted the Cowboys-Eagles potential rematch in the wild card round and they were willing to sacrifice to get that game.
gmen2005
1 team in the playoffs vs. a team who needs to win to get in. They'd take that over 2 teams who "may" have nothing to fight for. Kind of depressing I'd rather see a Eagles/Cowboys games than a 1/2 a team bungles vs the jets

I think he's talking about the "same two teams" can't meet on SNF twice. Dallas and Philadelphia met on SNF back in Week 9.
PokerPacker
wait, they were moved to 4:15? damn it. Now the Packers can't see who wins that game to decide if they wanna put their starters on the field or not.
darklight1216
I wish they hadn't done this for two reasons: 1. Who really wants to see back-ups play? 2. This gives Cincinnati a choice in who they want to play in the post-season. Why should they get that option when no one else does?
