In the early games everyone is frying (Saints game last year) and in the rain and winter your are the first layer of warmth for the lower bowl, it absolutely sucks when it rains and the wind blows. All the games I have been to and sat in the lower bowl have been the best games ever, even in a loss. At the end, you get out sooo much faster. lower bowl in the 100's is the best bet for a game, its the real game experience, in the grit with the masses, but with a better view, easier access and from my experience better crowd of people, they are less angry at least and better mannered.
