ace33 Posted February 27, 2002 Share Posted February 27, 2002 This is probably a stupid,ridiculas,absurd,out-of-this-word,propostrous,idiotic question for me to ask.But i need a break from redskins news searching for a minute.<br /><br />Can anyone become a moderator,or like a captain or something crazy like that if they join the family with a bunch of (respectful)posts to earn a title of such thee?<br /><br />I was just curious on this!<br /><br />I also realize i may have know idea what im talkin' about,so be GENTLE! Art Posted February 27, 2002 Share Posted February 27, 2002 At Extremeskins we've decided to go with a pretty streamlined moderator count. Obviously the board owners are mods and I am. People like Om and Braves on the Warpath have been mods of specific forums they were operating.<br /><br />But, in general, we limit the number of moderators preferring to go with the ICON rank system that rewards increasing numbers of posts with a higher rank. We, at this point, find assigning an overwhelming number of mods to be less than ideal for what we have going here and we do not have immediate plans to increase the number.<br /><br />Of course, if we did have plans, Bulldog, TCO and others would be in line as people we'd look at.
