darrelgreenie
I have a good feeling about this game.:point2sky But, i'm hoping Zorn/JC throw the ball downfield. We have sustained drives with 3 step drop WCO relying on comebacks, slants and short crossing routes and the well timed screen pass. This has lead to some touchdowns from turnovers and a short field. We have only mounted long scoring drives when Portis and the running game were clicking. But, if Portis gets off to a slow start like he did against the Cards then Dallas is likely to sit on the short passing game. And without turnovers i'm worried that the 3 step drop WCO will not be enough to sustain long scoring drives against Dallas. I'm hoping that Zorn/JC break out some 5 step WCO with some double moves and deeper routes like Philly and Denver. And we gotta test their downfield coverage with Moss and Devin. Dallas week is making me crazy. Thoughts on the Passing attack vs Dallas?
Oldfan
I get the sense that Jim Zorn will want to use his WCO more as a ball control scheme than Reid or Shanahan. We'll take a couple of shots with Santana and Thomas, but I look for more short to mid range passes to pick apart zone coverages.
ArsheimSkins
I'm pretty excited to see what he'll unleash with Dallas. Gah after the NYG game I was befuddled, but he brought out the big sticks (in part) with NO and ARZ. I'm excited. WE WANT DALLAS
AAARedskin
It is going to be vital that the O-Line protect Jason Campbell. I hate to say this, but it seems like Dallas outmatches the Skins in nearly every category of the game. Here's something good to think about: our O-line got taken to school 3 weeks ago against the G-Men and should be ready for the Dallas pass-rush schemes based on all the things the Giants threw at them. I think Campbell is going to have to pass for over 300 yards for the Skins to have any chance of winning this game, and the Skins secondary will also need to have a super game. One thing is certain.....win or lose, our Skins will be all over the news and sports highlight shows after this game.
ceekay84
I think Jim Zorn would want to prove his head coaching job to everyone this Sunday =D
Soup
This might be Campbell's biggest game in his career thus far. Its a pivotal point, Imagine if he does lead the redskins to a win in dallas, all these Cowherd clones must acknowledge his abilities and say the redskins are the real deal. If he doesn't than the skins return to the middle of the pack. No matter if the skins win every game outside the division everyone will brush the skins off as if they were a 4-12 team. They have given no respect to the club because of that horrible game with the giants. The skins must win 3 division games and must be almost perfect outside the division to just get a wild card. This is a Huge game, the skins may lose but they can't go up there and lay an egg. They must give dallas a run for their money just to get that confidence for the team and Campbell. Mister Happy
Our loss to the Cowboys last year was a typical Gibbs game. We had the lead for 70 percent of the game. Then we went into play-not-to-lose mode and the Cowboys came back and beat us. You can't sit on a tiny lead against a team with a deep threat. I think Zorn could have won that game. We can at least hang with the Cowboys, if not beat them. The only other win they had against us recently was in 2006 when Portis was out and Boonell was sucking. ravenson
I think this is Zorn's Litmus test.... I hope he doesn't play conservative, but comes out with lot's of Cp, Bett's, and Sellars and the deep threat's ... i know our reciever's can get the job done...... just hope we don't get one dimensional and start losing focus.....which is **** Dallas.... let's win this thing
SIXX99
I think that they need to take shots down the field. IMO I think the deep threat plays will be the ones that win or lose the game for either team. But the key for the offence is to get the run game going early and get the ball to Cooley. This is a do or die game as far as making a name for ourselves in the confrence.
Ikaros
cooley and moss always have big games against dallas! i think we need to throw it to them early and often, deep and short.
dizzinator53
I think if we can put Chris Wilson in there on Passing situations we will see a few sacks out of him. We need speed on the corners for Barber III and safety help with the receivers, too. This means that Reed should probably ride the pine in favor of one of the rookies. Spring must go M2M with Owens with the SS helping.
bnewbs
I have a good feeling about this game.:point2skyAnd we gotta test their downfield coverage with Moss and Devin. Dallas week is making me crazy. I have a great feeling about this game too but **** I say we send Moss, Thomas, AND El all on verticals maybe with Cooley/Portis in the slot as well....let Dallas either blow their coverage or commit pass interference far down the field... dizzinator53
Campbell is placing the ball well on most throws thus not having any picks (knock on wood) I think we can exploit this Dallassecondary on deeppasses for a PI or a TD.
dreamboater
All this sounds great but I really think this game is going to take a total D & O effort. I would love to see short routes in hopes of Dallas switching to a man d...then take the chance down the field with Moss and Thomas. However, to do that we have to sustain the drives and get stops on defense. I have a lot of confidence in our team to play well and execute. I think we should expect Romo sits to pee to throw a INT. We have to capitolize on that mistake in order to when this game. However, it is going to be a total effort.

I'm with you bro. I thought the Giants did a great job defending the short passing game. Their defense covered the short stuff with their zone-blitz schemes. The WCO has great plays that challenge the defense vertically and IMO our receivering corps would be perfect for vertical WCO. http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d80aeaa82 http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d80aeaa82 http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d80aeaa82 (look @ 1:48 ^^Fred Davis) IMO our receivering corps would be great in the vertical WCO plays. :dallasuck

Wouldnt we be 12-4 if this happens?? I think the last wildcard race is between the Cards/Giants/Skins/Saints/Bears...good news is that we have the head to head against 2 of those teams... RAAZ227
Why is it that everyone says JC is going to have a tough game because Arron Rogers had all kinds of pressure. I mean correct me if I am wrong but this is Rogers first year starting so I can agree with that comparison.
